I has the worst experience ever i just move to my new apartment 2 days ago so i decide to go shopping for furniture and decided to go to goodwill i bough a couch for $40 and brought it home around 8pm because i dint have a truck so i brough the couch very nice my husband was sitting in the couch and the something was crowlin in his arm and guess what it was a bed bug we inspection the couch and it was full of bed bug we took the couch outside the next day we call goodwill and they told us to bring the couch to the store and they will give us store credit we told them that theres no way im gonna put the couch on the truck the manager call maria told us the she will be checking for cameras to see if it eas true that we pick up the couch that late and then she said that some one was coming the next day i told her that no way i was gonna live the couch out side full of bed bugs and i told her if she will paid an exterminator for bed bugs and she told me no are you gonna refound my money she said no only store credit i told her i dont want to buy anything from you guys anymore i just want my money back and you get your couch and she said No and told me do what you gotta do but i will not refound the money back so i decided to take the the couch myself so guess what they refound the money and and they resold the couch again dont ever buy furniture from the store

me and al my homegurlz wear up all nite at my gramys- we where takin bout saven sum mony so we was sain that tha good wil was got sum cheap stuf- ya no- SO I was like lits go to da frift stoe an get sum uv dat_ ya no wat im sain@ i new we was gone 2 fine sum tin rele good at ther - i saa sum tee veez for won dullor- it worketed reel good yo- thin we got home to my grammys and 100reds of bugs start to cum out of tha tee vee sit- da bugs look jus like tha wons that ar en my gramys cabenuts so but thu tee vee work thoe.

Overall pretty good place with good customer service most of the time. Go there mainly for books and mostly during weekday mornings. I decided to go on a Saturday night and it was busy with only ONE register open even though there were four other employees hanging out at another register. Maybe they were on break or off the clock. If so, they shouldnt be hanging out by the registers because that just makes them look lazy; especially when youve got one register that has numerous people waiting in line.

I love going here. The staff are friendly and if you need help finding something, they gladly point you in the general area where it would be found. I read all the negative reviews and to be quite honest, majority of them seem like they come from someone who isnt used to a thrift store. Such as the one with bed bugs. To me and many people I know, rule #1 is to never buy couches or mattresses from a thrift store. Anyway, I love going to Goodwill. Keep up the good work guys.

Worst service and so unprofessional. We were checking out and this lady was infront of us she "lost" the price tag so we waited in line for 10 min my mom had asked if someone else can ring us up and the girl at the register said nah she went to go get a ticket. I dont usderstand why sbe could not have just rang us up while we waited

Not a clean place, very messy. The bathrooms looks like its never been cleaned, very smelly. The staff are rude and dont know how to give customer service. The prices are a little high. If you want to go to goodwill, Go to Laveen, AZ. Its better... You will love it

Are these previous reviews real?? Wow, walk away for the computers ladies. Anyway, this particular Goodwill is a hot mess! I went once and had to deal with transients (because of the locale) and the selection was just craptacular.

Worst costumer service ever went to return something I had bought and didnt like read their store policy says if I did a payment in cash that I should get my cash back, that didnt happen they gave me store credit !>:(
