El día de ayer 8 de junio tuve una mala experiencia en la tienda Goodwill depecos y Arizona llegue ala caja a pagar y me atendió un muchacho muy amable yo le pedí que me diera una bolsa grande para hechar la ropa en inglés pero no me entendió porq no les ha largo y me dijo q el hablaba español y fue cuando le dije y estaban dos señoras al otro lado que disque eran las managers oyendo y creyeron q este muchacho no estaba haciendo su trabajo bien. Y le dicen en inglés q tienen q revisar toda la ropa para asegurarse q esté a dólar porq la gente cambia pero yo le dije al muchacho como cree que voy hacer eso yo la agarre de su colgaderos muy groseras hablando con las otras empleadas. Que ya había tenido un disgusto con una de ellas también mexicana y no habla español diciendo quien sabe q yo no entendía pero me fijé que era pura descrininacio. Porq la otras personas estaban pagando americanos y no se arrimaron a checarlo y me empiezan a sacar la ropa checando todo y el trabajador me dice que era su primer día pero nomás Ami el caso no vuelvo a ir a comprar yo soy unas de las personas que comora mil dólares cada quince día porq yo tengo negocio y no puedo negar q voy alas otras y me han tratado super bien. Cambien aesas managers por favor y felicito alas de la tiernda Goodwill 32 y Chandler blvd. Y ocotillo y Gilbert gracias es todo

This store was in the news and they really did it up big, I took my mother who has trouble walking, when the store opened on a Saturday. They had NO shopping carts and the store layout was terrible with a very long ramp down to a lower level for toys and bedding. Many toys were broken and games were a mess. All of the furniture and appliances had sold signs on them when the doors opened and no one was in the department to help. On checking out, only two registers were open and the line to leave was back down the ramp to the far end of the store 1 hour 30 minutes standing in line to check out, then the manager anounced NO RETURNS at this time. The whole experience was awful for my mom and we will not return to this location in the future.

I went to this Goodwill a few weeks ago on a 50% off Saturday Sale. On this particular visit, I went searching for trinkets and vases for my garden. The selection was great and I found a couple of necklaces I really liked upon check-out. The location is clean and fresh and the staff I experienced was kind and helpful. I went back shortly after with my mother, and she found two really neat jars for storing her coffee beans. Upon check-out the first time (50% off Saturday) the line was very long, but it moved quickly and steadily. The people around me were kind and we all sparked up conversation to pass the time :-) My grandma was with my on the first adventure and she had a really good time as well. All good things! I have been in there alot the last 2 months and I have been going here for 5 years. They seems to be alot of people work9ng here that act like they are 15 they are loud Gossip when you ask something they seem annoyed about it the short brown haired girl skinny a little deeper voice she has a stink face i dont like her because anytime I have a question she seems so pissed she has to answer it and how dare you stop me from talking 2 my friends kind . Seems like there customer service went down fast and hard :(

Donation attendant Francisco at this location refused our household items we drove down. He also stated that we should take our items to the store around the corner on Ray road instead. We give the goodwill donations all year round to support jobs and the workforce, But at this point we will no longer donate to any Goodwill due to this donation attendant on duty that does not like his job and very rude with customers.

Well run shop. Has that classic "goodwill smell," a large selection of ladies and childrens clothing, glassware, pots, pans, kitchen items, new mattresses, small furniture, limited electronics and sporting items, but pre-seasonal goods galore (Christmas in July). Very friendly and helpful staff, always willing to help unload donations. They put the "Good" in Goodwill!

I am a Goodwill fanatic. So all my Goodwills at I go to get at least four stars just simply based on the unique fines and prices. The staff at this location wasnt exactly helpful on my last visit. And the store was a little more clutter than usual but all in all the solid performance from a great place to shop.

Its not a bad, but just cluttered. The prices are higher on most of there items than other locations. For example the DVDs and books are a dollar more than the other locations. But the staff is very helpful and polite, and always willing to help.

this is my favorite Goodwill and all of the valley. I have Furnish my home from the store. The staff is exceptionally friendly and they know me by name. I go every Tuesday. I love love love this Goodwill.
