I have NEVER in my life had such bad service from ANY other Circle K. I worked with "Taylor" (she hesitated to tell me what her name was after her rude service) I stood in line at a CONVENIENCE store and was treated like I was such an inconvenience to the cashier. Not only did she rudely scream out for the next person in line as I was standing right in front of her register but she rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude. When I asked how her day was going she ignored me. I work in customer service. I get it. Sometimes its stressful, but after a full day of work, I understand that you can be a little peeved. Sometimes you just need to suck it up and treat people kindly so you dont lose your customers. I will never return to your store and neither will any of my residents at the apartment complex I work at across the street that goes in to get money orders, nor will any family and friends of mine. I suggest you work on your staffing solutions. HAVE A GREAT DAY!

I work at this location currently, so I understand (to a degree) where some of these reviews are coming from. The bathroom light being "out" is because it is on a motion sensor. When you walk in give the light about 5 seconds to turn on and heat up... DONT push the button on the wall because the light is in the process of turning on but when you push the button you are actually turning it off since it was already starting up. I am extremely courteous to EVERY customer whether they are nice or disrespectful. I also try to make sure the right people know what to order so that the store can hopefully stay stocked. I am only a lowly CSR at the moment but I am determined to give everyone extremely pleasant service and a great shopping experience. Please give us another chance. I work graveyards most of the weekend, so if its after 10pm, please stop by and see me =o)

I was so impressed with the great customer service I experienced without purchasing anything . Never had I received such compassion at a Circle K or convenience store. My car had stalled during rush hour on my way to the hospital to be seen. A couple of men helped pull my car into the circle k parking lot. I went inside the store spoke 1st to Jonathan and told him my situation with my car and then with such graceful manners got Pablo to assist me as I was not feeling well. The kindness and compassion that Pablo showed me was better than I had received at a hospital stay. I truly believe that Circle K at 2012 W.Southern should recognize such employees as these two young men. Thank you I will make sure that people know that great customer service does exist even when not a customer.

This is the closest Circle k around me and I dont have a car so its convenient. But I am so tired of this store. I hate it soo much!! Every time I go and try to buy something theres always something wrong. Its either the cashier down, cash only, no bus passes, no empty shelves and the employees are so rude like all that happens because of customers or something. It 115 today and it upsets me so much that I couldnt buy myself a drink because there were having issues with cards. So I couldnt buy anything. I dont know why this store is ran so poorly but Im higly disappointed. So here I am at 7 eleven which is another mile to walk maybe ill come to this store instead.

I usually stop by this store on my way home from work just after 5pm. Everytime; this store is always filthy. The floors are always sticky. The store always looks like a tornado came through. The employees always seem like your inconveniencing them when you step in line to pay. The lines always take way long than they should. There is NO convenience with this convenience store. I have now stopped going to circle k all together and now go to QT.

Excellent customer service. For those of you who dont know this is one of the busiest stores in the valley. Expect it to be busy. And if you notice its dirty near the soda fountains, or you see trash sitting around them, just know its not the employees spilling drinks and leaving their garbage behind, its other customers who dont care. The entire store is cleaned and mopped multiple times daily.

This circle k is great. The bathroom light is automatic. The service is great. People destroy everything right after its been cleaned so if anyone is complaining, it is because of their inadequate knowledge and understanding of the retail convenience store responsibility. As a customer, if I make a mess, I clean it up. Customers should be responsible for their messes, not blame the store.

Terrible service. So you get lines... that is retail. Fast enough? Sure, you can not control customers into rushing. Quality sub par. Gas was on wrong pump, tried charging me twice for something and just rude about whole situation. If you go here, always get receipt and double check everything before walking away from counter. They had one job.

Not only is there always one person as the cashier, and lines going basically out the door, but once you finally get to the counter they are extremely rude. And Im here unfortunately every other day. This didnt happen just once but multiple times. I never leave reviews, but these people arent even trying to be decent at their job.

Fountain drink area is very dirty as seen by the rest of the reviews here. Stopped going after one of the employees essentially accused me of identity fraud after they would accept my ID for an alcohol purchase even though I had secondary documents which backed up my name.

They put a $125.00 hold on my account when I ran my card at the pump for $15.00 in gas and it will take seven days for it to drop. Neither I or anyone I know will ever patron this establishment again!!

Dirty dirty dirty!!! Cant this place clean can ask me for my ID for lighter! Drink fountain is nasty full of trash and pop all over the floors and counters!

This store dont keep up on there stock of Fountain Dr pepper just was there and was out and thay still charges me for a soda when I usually get Dr Pepper.
