BE CAREFUL! There is a group of homeless people that target this place. They have stolen several peoples keys, walets, phones etc. from inside lounge area. 3 loads of bus people, that tore up bathrooms. Nasty wiped on womens walls and toilet seats. Many homeless people camping in lounge area. They beg for money and come up to your truck. They knock on your door. When you open, they grab whatever is close by. Loads of stealth parkers and lot lizards. Also truck parking scarce and often need reservations. But dont feel bad if you cant find a space, there is no sleeping, because of the trains. Avoid this place if at all possible. If not be aware.

Did not feel welcome staff was rude. And a night shift manager by the name of Brandy was chatting with a a customer about smoking "G" which Im guessing is slang for cocaine or methamphetamine! and marijuana! I wouldnt trust anyone preparing my food or counting my change back that uses drugs. The head manager should be informed of this and test all of their employees especially that one. I suppose that gives great reasoning as to why she may have chosen the graveyard shift. How she became manager I do not know. BEWARE

As a recovery driver I go where people abandon their truck. This time it was this Flying J in Kingman. During the day the restroom was well stocked and cleaned but when I woke up and went to use the restroom I found it in complete disarray. The most disgusting thing I saw was while I was sitting down there was a bedbug crawling around the floor headed up the wall. Needless to say I wont be returning to this location. On the bright side though the food at Dennys was spot on!

Usually the Kingman Plaza if very good. However is there anyway to get people to move right along instead of holding up a gas line . I witnessed today a motor home at a pump at least 30 minutes after fueling he had gone next door for food came back went inside flying J store then stood outside and finally decided he had held up traffic long enough got in his RV and left. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. of coarse this happens everywhere wish there was a solution.

The womens bathrooms looked like they havent been cleaned in a week. The garbage bins in the stalls were over flowing. Thier large capacity toilet paper holders were empty in several stales. The trash bin by the sink was full. Ive never had an experience like this at any other Flying J. Made me not even want to shop in thier store or buy any of thier handmade cinnabuns because I was afraid thier employees didnt wash thier hands. Very disappointed.

Not bad. Certainly not the worst I have been in. Fast food and hotel/motels close by if you prefer. Kmart and Bashas grocery store a short walk next door for real food and various other things you may need to restock in the truck. Truck parking is adequate and manageable, with a blue beacon next door to spiff it up a bit, if anyone even still does that. No problems with unwanted knocks on the door either, which is always a plus.

Gas up before heading to Vegas or Phoenix ;-) we dont eat here unless its just for snacks and we use the rr. The cashiers are always smiling and talking to their customers with a nice tone, makes everyone feel welcome. I personally like who looks like a manager, not 100 percent sure if it is, but he was super nice and sweet. 1st time feeling of wanting to come back on our next trip back to/from Vegas, thank you :-)

I buy fuel here because my company requires me to. The only reason I stop here. Dirty restrooms, staff is ok. The Dennys is not that bad but I have only visited there once. Leaving fuel island can be difficult, if you pull forward after fueling the driver to your right will not be able to leave. Hard to find parking better arrived early, I refuse to park here I stay at the receiver in Kingman.

The employees park in the few spots there are right in front of the building even in the handicap spot, they usually only have one register open with 6 to 8 people in line, while other employees stand around talking to each other. I stopped in for coffee every morning for 3 weeks and as I drank my coffee and used their WiFi in my car I observed the employees come and go during shift change.

Great interactions with the attendant getting my food. Basic tasting food of what you come to expect from a gas station. A guy removing trash outside had a nice conversation with other people getting gas. Only negative was bathroom was a little ditty and every trash I saw was full. Guy as stated before probably was just starting to make the rounds.

Do not stop here if youre hungry! Dennys gives out tiny dinner portions. The shower was awesome, clean showers great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The store sucked, one cashier working the counter with long lines while the mgr lady just bsed around the store. Small parking lot limited parking. I will not ever stop here again.

Came here just to get gas and something to eat on my way to los angeles. It was overall a great experience and the employees were happy, and greeted everyone with a smile. The only downside was parking and the weird layout of the road but other than no complaints. A few bad drivers came through or the road layout was confusing them.

You cant hear the train if your reefer is running.It NEVER blew the horn each time it went past either.The bathrooms are filthy though and they were not cleaned the whole time we were there.The lady behind the fuel desk was pleasant.I cant imagine what the showers must be like if the bathrooms were this bad.

Just watched an employee pick up cups that were on that dirty, nasty floor getting kicked around and put them right back in the stack. Then they had a line of about 15 people and only one register open, while multiple other employees did random, less important tasks.

Clean. Nice green grass in back with shade trees and trashcans. They keep the grass fairly clean considering there are a lot of lazy people who dont clean up after their dogs. Alot better than the last flying j in AZ that didnt appear to clean up the dog doo at all.

Wow what an attitude. No decaf and refused to make it. Got it in dennys and flying j wanted to charge me again. Acted like it was a major hassle and inconvenience to check me out. Went back again staff still has that who cares yr a truck driver attitude.

They have removed the American flag and are no longer serving bacon cheeseburgers or bacon or other pork products here because they say that some people found it offensive. This wont go to well I dont think. Its certainly offends me that they have done this

The facility is clean modern new and well managed. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They have everything I need and even their fuel is affordable. I Id have to drive a long time to find a better facility.

Standart features provided by Flying J truck stops. As it is all across the country. Its clean enough, roomy enough, fast enough. For the middle of nowhere, it is some how top service you can get for your money.
