Had a bad experience with a passport photo. They took forever taking the photo due to the camera dying and not having enough memory. The staff kept having to take my young childs photo because of the camera and took about 6 picture before it got right. Took about 45 minutes. Submitted the photo with our application but it was denied due to the size of the head being too large. So we had to retake the photo at walgreens again and PRAY we get our passport in time for a very expensive trip. If we do not we will have to expedite new paperwork and this will all be due to walgreens not resizing the photo correctly. We asked for a refund which they would not give. The staff was as helpful as the could be on the first visit and I do not blame them for the equipment failure. But i believe due to their error we should have been offered a new photo and refund.

WORST Pharmacy Ive ever been to. Called about a prescription around 11am, said itd be ready for pickup by 1pm. I show up at 6pm(after work) to pick it up and am told its not ready yet, itll be "15 minutes". 30 minutes go by and I check on the status, I am told "another 10 minutes" ...45 minutes later its still not ready, they apologize and say again "5 minutes." I waited another 40 minutes until it was ready-it was absolutely ridiculous, and I wasnt the only one they were doing this to. Theyre also almost impossible to get a hold of by phone. If you have a choice, use ANY other pharmacy! Nothing could be worse that this place & its customer service.

Considering how your pharmacy made millions monopolizing all the AL blue cross plans this year, one would think you would be able to invest more in customer service. Ive spent 2 hours on hold today and each time I call a different assistant answers and cant seem to track down my prescription. Have called my doc multiple times to confirm that it is there. Am now on hold for the third time today an my doctors office is about to close and Im starting to experience side effects from not being able to get my meds. This is not the first time this has happened. Shame on Walgreens for taking state ACA $ but not using it to provide decent care.

I waited about 25 minutes to drop off a prescription. Thats right - just to drop it off. When I finally got to the counter I was told they couldnt take any more prescriptions since they were so busy. I let the young lady know that I was just dropping it off for later when suddenly a sweaty behemoth of a pharmacist appeared. He informed me that he was to busy and he wouldnt fill it later either. I was further told that I should go somewhere else. No problem. This was my first and last experience with Walgreens - never spent a dime and never will. They should be required to pay me for my time though.

This pharmacy is TERRIBLE!! Twice now theyve told me to wait 15 min while they get my prescription ready and I ended up waiting AN HOUR AND A HALF this is completely unacceptable. Every time I go to pick up my prescription they give me the generic of my brand when I specifically tell them that I want the brand and to never assume to give me the generic. Today I have called 5 times, my call has never been answered despite being on hold 15 min each time I call. I am switching all of my prescriptions to CVS. Im done wasting my time and money, Walgreens has forever lost my service at every location.

EMBARASSING for a pharmacy to be this lackadaisical about keeping things from being expired!! I wont be coming back. Got some pain meds for my kidney stone. Figured what the heck Ill get a pepsi. NBD right? Wrong. Flat as a blade. Returned it. Got a coke. Even worse. Returned it. Went around the store and I cant find ANY cokes that arent expired and pepsis that are only good to like november and January in a few rare cases. Are their inventory people in a coma? Did they die? Get your meds here but dont shop here.

This is the slowest pharmacy Ive ever been to. This is partially due to their volume but is made worse by the techs working at a snails pace. They usually have to search and search for my already prepared prescription. After a year, I am moving my prescriptions because it is the same experience each time.

When everyone else closes, they're not. I sometimes wait 45 minutes... Either case, I'm just glad they are always open for my meds to be filled. Look at any pharmacy's average time per volume and no one can complain. Average Rx speed is 20-35 minutes depending on geographics...

TERRIBLE! Dropped my prescriptions off 24 hours ago and told the pharmacy tech, I would pick them up the next morning. My husband goes to pick them up 24 hours later AND THE PRESCRIPTIONS ARE STILL NOT FILLED!!!! THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATED AND NOT VERY CUSTOMERS FRIENDLY!!!

Went to pickup a Western, at the signing point, the signing pinpad malfunctioned and waited 30 minutes for it to come up. Employees were polite, but equipment issues will keep me from EVER using Walgreens for Western Union again.

Staff is always friendly but they have to be severely understaffed because I usually always end up having to wait 30 minutes to pick up my rx. Thats including going in as well. Poor.
