Female that waited on me was ok, just seemed like she might have just come from smoking something other than a cigar. But, when other people walked up, she stopped waiting on me to talk to them. However, the biggest problem I noticed, was their walk in humidors entry door was open, not all the way, but a few inches, which was enough to ruin the humidity level. We walked in, she didnt pull it closed behind us and walked back to the counter, it was still open. The cigar I got was dried out, was like smoking dried leaves. I spent $80 on some cigars to send my husband in Afghanistan, I cant speak as to how bad *or good* they were. But, if youre not going to pay attention to a detail like that - Im not going to spend any money in a place like that.

The black guy that works here is a JERK on the phone and was even worse when we got there. I have no idea what there products are like, but the store smells like a nasty cigar. I wouldnt buy from here period bc of the lack of decent service

The shoppe is awesome! The owner and the manager are friendly and knowledgable, prices are great, and the smoking lounge is absolutely great. Cant say enough about this place, try it.
