I visited Saturday evening. I ask the man about dab rigs and he walked away from me and helped soneone else looking at $20 pipes. Okay, you sold a $20 pipe. Ill buy my dab rig at Torched on 8th Street. You lost a $170 sale for a pipe. Smart move. The customer service at Torched is so much better. I wanted to try Orange out. They made me feel insignificant. They could have won over a customer. Instead, Im never going back.
