I just witnessed the groomer treating a little Shih Tzu so very abusively and harsh! Pup was crying out being yanked around by its ear! I told the management however it is under new management of late and the whole place is not in disarray. I have been supporting this store for years but not any more! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR PUPS TO THE GROOMER!

Rude and unhelpful staff. Ive only been in this store twice and each time no one helped me find what I needed or asked if I needed help. All I get are glances and when I make eye contact they just look down quickly or walk past. I will not be coming back to this store again. If possible I would give it 0 stars.

Petsense is the only place I can go in a pinch when I run out of any items that I must have for grooming at that moment. The prices are a bit higher than your online grooming supplies wholesalers, I would say the items are fairly priced.

The workers here are generally knowledgeable about the items they carry. When you cant find something you need there, they can usually recommend where to find the item you need. Theyre always very nice, too!
