Purchased a special order chaise sectional May 26th before Memorial Day. At point of sale I got a Boston store credit card. Put 20% down and was told 30 days or less to arrive. End of June I still havent heard a word. Call in and find out new ETA is July 4th. That time comes and goes with no word. Around July 10th I call and ask and find out the new ETA is July 28th. I am pretty frustrated at this point so talk to a member of management and after explaining they okay a 10% discount. Without receiving the product mid July I receive a late charge on my charge card, awesome. Fast forward to July 30th, still no couch or call from Boston Store. I call in and the new ETA is August 28th. If the couch arrives at end of August it will have been 90 days. What a joke, I dont even know what to do at this point. Im very certain of one thing, my future purchases will not be at Boston Store for furniture. If this is the way Boston Store conducts business they will not be in business. Most of the responses I got from employees and managers are its not their fault, its the vendors and their hands are tied. News flash your vendors represent youre business and it doesnt matter to the customer. How about you find new vendors and make things right with youre current customers. Dont advertise time frames on arrival that you cant keep. It Is dishonest, unethical and will ensure non repeat customers.

Just ok. This is a saga. We bought special order rocker recliners. Sales person had difficulty understanding the discounts and added wrong twice. Finally our chairs arrived. They were beautiful. Within 6 weeks, the springs popped out the back on both chairs. One chair was uneven and leaned to one side. The next day the spring popped up from the seat. I called Boston store and they sent a person out to look at the chairs. He told us both frames were bent. He also told us the springs were not put in right. The good part was the return. From calling Boston store to the picking up of the chairs was very easy. Everyone was very polite. Returning was easier than ordering.

Beautiful store with nice quality furnishings, which is why I gave it 3 stars, and the receptionists are always pleasant. High priced, similar to other stores of this type. There usually seems to be more salespeople than customers, but I cant say the salespeople are very attentive. I dont like "hovering" sales associates, but I think I could walk through the whole store and leave without speaking to anyone except at the front door.
