One of the WORSE places to shop. May have some great deals but the service SUCKS. Manager and some cashiers are rude especially today... But then again they always are here. You cant ask a question without being treated with such disrespect. Theres no consistency with holds or answers. Basically based off of who it is and how they feel. The workers were helpful and nice all the years my family and I have been shopping here seem to be a dying breed there. Youd have a much better experience at any other thrift store in Kent or nearby.
A dump. Items not marked and in wrong locations on the racks. Racks cram packed, too hard to see stuff. Debit card machine does not work when checking out. Lines very long and it takes 4 calls to get some one to come up and cashier, not friendly either.
The teeny-tiny Caucasian supervisor was awful. Worst experience Ive ever had shopping. The African American with curls knew her job. So did the older Caucasian. I am hesitant to ever go back to this Goodwill.
Good selection but I wish they were more organized (e.g. putting multiple things in bags). The only thing really organized were the clothes and books. It was hard to look thru everything else.
Love the staff, very nice. The location is not great. I very rarely buy anything there. Sometimes u have to throw some stuff away. Prices are okay. Not alot I usually find worth buying.
There wasnt a huge selection on womens apparel but there was a nice selection I found a nice pair of khakis and a couple button up shirts for work for all under 15 bucks
Fairly organized. A little pricey on some things (books can be $4), but they have great sales. Friendly staff.
Kinda a grubby little store and this is coming from a seasoned thrift store shopper who has no germ phobias
The prices are higher than Kmart, target and Walmart. I think they are a retail store not a thrift store.
Kinda disorganized now, but I got a sweet deal on headphones for my class so, no problem! Nice staff.
Easy to drop off donations and the staff is friendly and helpful. Love that they stay open until 7PM!
If u like a cluster F tgis is the place for u bring a shovel and your sure to find sime great stuff
Best prices in the area for furniture, good selection throughout. Very friendly and helpful!
Actually better selection of higher-end & dress clothing compared to other local Goodwills.
Friendly service. Good prices. Selection not the greatest. Some good bargains to be found.
Mediocre selection, compared with most other area thrift shops... pricing is usually OK.
Prices are a bit high. They ate a bit selective about what is accepted for donations.
Customer service was excellent! Neatness of the place was above average!
Find a lot of good stuff there but their prices have gotten way too high.
Its like any other Goodwill. But a great place to find a ugly sweater.
I go there all the time...got good electronics. Better than fed way
Has the highest prices of any Goodwill store Ive ever shopped at.
Better to buy gently used then going bankrupt a few years later
got an amazing couch here for $40...really i swear its new!
Its nice, its clean and sometimes I find vintage stuff.
Its good for finding excellent deals on used materials
Messy and smelly but I still found something good...
Its different than the Seattle Goodwill group
Typical good will, less crowded than some
Helpful staff and decent selection.
They watch you in the changing rooms
Pretty good selection of clothing.
You never know what youll find
High prices. Small selection.
Too expensive for used stuff
Good pricing variety
Clean nice store
