They have a great selection but buyer beware as Elizabeth stated. It is great to be professionally fitted for a bra but they do not measure and just start filling your dressing room with so many bras its easy to be confused. The sales girls are very young and not at all what I experienced at a bra fitting at Neiman Marcus in NOVA. The woman was well trained, well spoken, well dressed and very professional. I purchased several bras but no panties and they lasted me for years. Neimans runs a class operation and takes returns if you are not satisfied. Not so with Blythe!! The young woman who assisted me was pushing bras on me that I was not totally comfortable with but said they could be returned within 10 days so I returned the 2 that she picked because after getting them home I was not thrilled with the way they fit. I did purchase a bra that cost $120 and 6 pairs of panties in sale bin. When I returned the 2 bras I really had no intention of making another purchase but I said while she did my credit I would look around. I had a couple of bras that I wanted to try for size but again the young sales girl filled my room with more bras than I could try on. I purchased another one and 3 more sale panties that they reminded me were mine if I took them home...okay I understood that but they never mentioned since they considered the new bra I took home was considered an exchange and also a final sale. The fine print is so small at the bottom of their receipt and I did not consider it an exchange but a entirely new purchase. They would not return the second bra and told me it was mine. Instead of in small print that exchanges are final sale they should should state that YOU CAN RETURN ONCE BUT IF YOU EXCHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT IT IS A FINAL SALE. I, like Elizabeth, will never shop there again after spending a total of close to $400!! My friend was with me and has been in high profile retail positions all over the world could not believe the unprofessional personnel nor their POLICIES. It is clearly their loss!!

If you are not satisfied post-purchase the customer service is terrible. There is zero flexibility once the tags are off and they seem fine with the fact that an $80+ bra will sit in my drawer and not be worn because it is so uncomfortable. While the bra seemed to fit fine in the store, it did not fit well at all after an eight hour day. Im very displeased with the service and wont be going back. I rather work with Nordstrom or Saks, which offers great service both during and after purchase. Truly disappointing after spend A LOT of money on both lingerie and swimwear in the store. And please dont reply with "we read our return policy to all customers". I know you do but it still is not enough from a customer experience standpoint. I was never looking for a refund, but rather an exchange and probably would have ended up buying an even more expensive bra to replace the one that was so uncomfortable.

NEVER ASK THEM TO ORDER ANYTHING! i ordered a bra from them waited 5 weeks for it, just for them to lose it! they assumed by what was on file was my address and didnt want take ownership when they lost the bra! maybe if the girl on the phone showed more compassion and understanding, gave a little concern with the issue it wouldnt have been as bad! but they didnt even ask me the day i ordered what address it was going to ONLY ASSUMED! and when i called the lady got "smart" and LIED saying i did give it to them. as a professional standpoint i would ALWAYS ASK NEVER ASSUME! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! BIG INCONVENIENCE had to track down the local post office find where it is just for them to tell me that it was sent back to the sender AND THE SENDER DOESNT HAVE IT! WORST EXPERIENCE AND WILL BE DISPUTING CHARGES WITH BANK IF ITEM NEVER FOUND!

While I understand the frustration of other reviewers on their strict return policy, I hope people understand that the reason they do this is because they do not retag and sell used merchandise (unlike many big box stores, EW!) and because they are a small boutique, they cannot afford to eat the cost of returns. (I do not work here and have no vested interest in the store) Personally, I have had WONDERFUL experiences at Blythe. They always take their time with me to find a bra that fits well (even if it takes 20+ bras to do so). They will come in and check each and every fit. Due to the return policy, I do retry bras on at home where I can spend a little longer making sure they are comfortable before removing the tags.

The service here was exceptional from the moment I arrived on a busy Saturday morning. I went in wearing a nasty, ill-fitting VS bra from 10 years ago and left with a gorgeous bra that fit perfectly! A little pricey (($89) for me usually, but its nice to have a properly fitting bra for once! Ill def be going back!

Surprised by all of the bad reviews, I have had nothing but pleasant experiences each time I shop here. They even call to let me know when new styles are in stock. If you are a BBW then I recommend shopping here for high quality bras.

I love Blythe so much! With my smaller than average band size and large cup size I cant go to the conventional underwear and lingerie stores, and Blythe has been incredible in fitting me with cute, comfortable, and supportive bras.
