The Pharmacy is extremely rude, unhelpful and mean. They are very unprofessional and slow. There is only one person in the pharmacy that is nice and helpful, but she only works part-time so it is rare that she is there to help you. The Pharmacy manager must be a horrific person if its employees are so terrible. They ignore you at the drive thru window and do not acknowledge your presents. I sat at the window one day for 10 minutes and someone passed me by a bunch of times without even acknowledging my presents. I know she knew I was there but did not say anything and ignored me.

I want to say, that the people in the pharmacy in Porter are not very customer friendly. They act like you are a pain to get help. They are always putting you on hold. They need to really look into their work history and profile before hiring them. They are not nice people. Trying to get ahold of a manager,is impossible. They will tell you,there is no manager on duty. Which is a lie. I would not recommed anybody to this store. Whenever I need cigarettes, I will go CVS. Also to,I will go to WalMart for my supplies. Thank-you for taking the time to read this.

Positive Outlook
This place is great. I hear complaints and read the complaints. But as for myself, I have none. They have two drive-thrus and walk in. Theyre very fast. They try to help you and keep you informed as much as possible. They call you and let you know when refills are available. All around amazing people. Theyre doing the best that they can. But you cant please everybody no matter how hard you try. They still get a five-star for me.

Ive been using this pharmacy since 2009 and never had a problem. They are always nice and considerate. This is a very busy place so I never expect miracles from them and dont have unreal expectations. I get my medicine and pay them. Pretty simple. Some people expect more I guess, those people will be disappointed alot in life is my prediction.

Worst pharmacy Ive ever been to. The pharmacy treats people awful and will humiliate you in front of other customers. They could care less about you. They wait until you absolutely run out of your medication before giving you your refill. A day early? Nope. Depending on what mood their in at the moment. Customer care huh.

Im 7 months pregnant and have the Flu. I feel aweful needless to say. I went to pick up my prescription that my Dr called in, they then told me it would be 30 minutes. So I left and came back 30 minutes later. Then they tell me it will be 45 MORE minutes. This happens Everytime I come here. Every time. Im done with this place.

FILLED THE WRONG MEDICATION TO MAKE MORE MONEY OFF OF ME BECAUSE IT WAS MORE EXPENSIVE! Completely uncalled for. What has this world come to?! Then when I tried to switch it out, they said that Id have to pay out of pocket for the correct medication (the one they should have filled in the first place)

Signs on the store and website states store closes at 10:00pm on a Saturday. Attempted to go at 9:47pm and doors are locked. Employees still inside but exterior signage is turned off.

They have horrible customer service. Will not help you unless you go into the pharmacy and stare them down.
