My sisters and I ordered a bouquet of flowers for Mothers Day on their online wesite. Having high expectation for the quality this flower shop display in their website but only to be left with disappontment by the end of the day (not even at the end if the day). My sister ordered the deluxe bouquet and even paid extra for additional flowers. This was about +$70 for over priced, false advertised products that were displayed in their website. Usually I never judge any place base by the rating and reviews, but because if how they falsely display their goods to the customer who expect good quality and good service. When first arrived the bouquet may seem at first glance fine, but as you take a closer look you would notice how almost all of the flowers and greenery were bruised. Arrangements that looks like it was just tosses into a clear vase, roses falling apart with just the slightest touch, and random flower buds smushed into the vase. The goods that were expected were disappinting. This form of service is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Sham on you for deceiving other customers for this poor sorry-of-an-excuse product. I guess it maybe not be true about the saying, "never judge a book by its cover" lesson learned to never come order from here.

One star is one star too many. Theyre courteous and made the trip from Irving to Carrollton but the flowers they delivered were a) mostly the wrong flowers, and b) mostly practically dead. My sister ordered a sympathy bouquet of thirteen long-stem white roses and thirteen kala lilies and what we received was about two thirds of those flowers with dying white roses and a mixture of pink and stargazer lilies (the white roses had already lost their hold and were browning at the edges; took pictures to document it). Thats just incredible. I wish FTD would tell you who theyre going to choose as the florist so that you could check their reviews. The florist business is high-margin as it is, no need to scam people by sending them trashed flowers, especially on such serious occasions.

I was very disappointed when I saw what my mother received from this florist. Ive sent my mom an arrangement that Ive order online and paid extra for the deluxe version (more flowers about +$70) for mothers day. I understand that the arrangement might not be like the picture but I didnt think it was going to be this BAD. I could have pick out a more fresh flowers from a local grocery store for a whole lot less. The arrangement that was delivered had wilted flowers and did not last a day. Roses falls off the stems when you touch it and how it was arranged over all is just TERRIBLE. Lesson learned. Im never ordering from here again.

Scam do not use this florist for any reason. Ordered flowers to be delivered to my wifes work for Valentines Day and for heart day (my wife had open heart surgery 4 years ago on Feb 15th, so we celebrate both). It is now the 16th and the flowers have not shown up and no response to numerous calls over the last 2 days. I also sent an inquery twice through thier website, but have not heard anything as of yet. Even my wife said to cancel them. Ruined perhaps one of the most important annual celebrations in our life. It is not only a celebration of out love, but a celebration of life and family. Thanks Community Florist.

I am very disappointed in this companies services. I had ordered flowers off their website on mothers day to be delivered that same day. I even made sure to get my order in before 12 noon, as they specified. I put my payment information in to process the order, and I also got an order number and everything. And they never delivered the flowers. Ive called them at least 10 times from Friday till now, and still nothing. I live out of town. But when I go down there in a few weeks. I will definitely be going into store to see whats going on. I will make sure to never order from them again.

Worst florist ever! Received a confirmation email from my order. When we noticed no payment went through I tried to call. It was an arrangement that was supposed to be delivered to a dear friends funeral. No answer after several attempts. Two days later after the funeral, I called and the lady apologized and said she would deliver to the house at no cost. It was a lie. She never delivered anything to our friend. I called every day, six days a week for three weeks and they have yet to answer the phone. This is truly the worst business I have ever dealt with in my lifetime!

This is the most HORRIBLE Florist ever! I ordered flowers from the 800 FTD Website and this is the florist they selected. I picked what I thought was a big beautiful arrangement. I picked the most expensive one the total was over $110. it looked like I bought it at Tom Thumb for $15. I was so embarrassed when I got to town and saw it in my mothers hospital room. She thought it was hideous and could not believe I had sent it...especially when I told her how much I spent. I have contacted FTD twice to complain and the florist has not responded. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST!

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE - I just received flowers from this place and they are wilted and the balloon is deflated - you should be ashamed of yourselves for even having delivered this to me. Today is my birthday - my boyfriend ordered 2 dozen roses for me and I got a bouquet of a mess. The flowers are wilted. The lady delivering them said she was told to apologize but she didnt know what for. Stupid and not necessary to act in such a way when you know your what your delivering will not be pleasant for someone like myself on her birthday. Shame on you

Gmabosi- 2/15/2012- I was the receiving end of some very poor service having been told in writting and by voice to expect delivery by 4pm. I was upset my order was not delivered at ALL promised. Numerous telephone calls left on their voicemail. The staff never returned any of my calls to provide us with an update of my delivery. I will not recommend or use Community Florist Irving TX again. I am appalled at such behavior from this business. Very poor customer services. My Valentines Day surprise have been a big letdown by this florist!!!

Honestly, I dont even want to give them "1" star, but I have to pick at least one to post this! I am very disappointed with what I ordered online, what I paid for, and what was delivered to my mom. I understand substitutions, but this looked nothing like the picture, and the flowers themselves didnt even look like they were arranged by a florist. It was literally some daisies and roses stuck in a clear vase. I could have gone to the store, bought a bouquet of flowers, and arranged them better myself. I will never use this florist again.

I dont understand all those other reviews because I use them for just about everything and they are always great. Usually when I place my order online, I call to check on it also - and they always upgrade it for free. They are pleasant on the phone and all my deliveries have always been on time. Most importantly, since I was born and raised in Irving, they are hometown folks. That always makes a difference to me. Maybe people should go through their website instead of the FTD one? I dont know, but they have always been stellar for me.
