This Walmart is ridiculous, theres a lot of employees I love but one in particular is very raciest or something. The older black lady that checks the receipt once you leave has harassed me twice while leaving. While I know its good to catch small things or a missed item this lady harasses me every single time Im leaving. On two occasions I have missed one item while doing self check out and she has held me up and repeatedly said I didnt pay for this and its not on my receipt making others stare as Im trying to steal a $4 box of soda with my $30 debit card purchase. The first time it was a dollar box a potatoes and I smiled and went back and paid for it well this time she keeps repeating herself as Im telling her forget it will just get it next time she proceeds to act as Im stealing do my husband goes in and pays for it anyways, as hes doing so the self check out ladies are agreeing shes harassing us and they saw us ring it up. This lady needs to be fired as a black food stamp shopper leaves she doesnt even look at their receipts as they have three buggies full but harasses me for every item on my list or what mistake I have made. One time okay my fault, second time loudly and bluntly saying this is not on here you didnt pay for this as there are other customers behind me is down grading. I own up to my mistake and should never be treated like that. Again older black lady checking receipt once leaving is rude as hell and favors other black people!! Fix this problem as I love shopping here and love every other employee but this one needs a reality check. I will refuse to let her see my receipt next time as I dont like the way Im treated!!!

Horrible Service!! Went in for an oil change, sat waiting for an hour and a half until someone came to me. The lady informed me that my cars horn would not honk, and therefore they could not work on it because it is considered not a safe working environment. I reluctantly said ok, and walked to my car where I got in started it and got it to honk right away. I was very angry at this point. For one, I believe the puny cashier girl should not be working out in the tire and lube shop, but they had her doing pre checks. I walked back in and informed the girl that I got my car horn to honk. I was given the rudest glare, and she kept replying with just about every question i asked that "your car is not a safe working environment," and "is there a special way you have to honk it?" Wow.. with the manager standing there too as she was beginning to help me, I told her never mind, Im taking my business elsewhere. I would rather pay a little more somewhere else and get treated better than to live through the hell of Walmart Tire and Lube Express again. I was also there talking with a woman who had been sitting there since 10:00am; it was 3:00pm when I arrived; do the math. Very horrible customer service, & not professional in one way. You will never earn back my trust.

This has to be the worst Wal-Mart I have ever stepped foot in. I have never in my life been around so many hateful and rude employees. Dont get me wrong there have been a few wonderful people who have provided decent customer service, but there have been many times I have left absolutely devastated. Twice walking out of the store and putting my items back, because I refused to buy items from a place that can treat a person so horribly. My husband and I have vowed to not return to this store, until we will change duty stations. Not only is this the worst Wal-Mart, but also it is the worst store that I have ever been to. This place represents such an ugly image for Beaufort South Carolina. Thankfully the rest of Beaufort isnt disgusting like this place. It’s a shame that a well-known corporation such as Wal-Mart, with the ability to provide jobs and merchandise for a small population; can be such a disease to this community.

Why advertise that you except competitor coupon only to get to the cash register to be called stupid can you read this is for food lion not us. I asked for a manager and she said no I not getting a manager because I know what she is going to say. The young girl who work at the next register said to call her (she said a name I can not remember). Once the manager arrived she told the cashier yes we do except any coupon as long as it is not expired. Once the manager left she made a comment saying I hope they change the policy. If your able to drive to Savannah Georgia Walmart in Pooler do it before coming to this store in Beaufort SC most employees are from the back woods and would not know customer service if there life depends on it. And the employee that are helpful I notice are from another city not Beaufort

I ordered a cake for fathers day. The cake was horrible! The writing wasnt clear, she even had to look on the slip to see what it said. She was rude and I finally talked her into changing the writing, but by then I was so irritated that I just walked away. The week prior, we had an order to pick up at the photo department, the lady could not find it, sent us to the online pick up department,they couldnt find it either. We would call, she would confirm that it was there, but when we entered the store, she would act like she had no idea. We roamed around back and forth to finally she found our canvas in boxes. Everyone was rude and not helpful. Meanwhile, other employees are standing around in the clothing section talking and not working. Walmart is horrible in Beaufort.

This walmart has the worst service of any Walmart in the United States. Ive been to the 4,233 locations in the US and this is by far the worst. They had 8 self checkout lanes and only 3 were open. How does that even work? Do the self checkout lines need time off or something? They had 2 managers working the entire store and the one that helped us wasnt even a main manager, he was an assistant manager. When he tried to help us he explained that he couldnt because they had lost all of the keys. Its a wonder how a 400 billion dollar company could have such a terrible store. This store needs to be demolished right away and replaced with a better store. Moreover, dont go to this walmart, go to some place else, like a Publix. They have free coffee, probably the best.

There are good days and bad. Usually, when I make a trip to this Walmart I it isnt a disappointment like other Walmarts. Today, was different though. I was in a 20 items or less with less than 20 by 3 items. I tried to be as quick for her. Apparently, she must not realize that her express lane says 20 items or less, not 10 items or less! The person ringing me seemed annoyed. Wasnt at all courteous to me. Oh, but she was so sweet to the person before me! Not once does she say hello or have a nice day. Just, "Here" as she hands me the receipt! I didnt get her name, but the look she gave me! Just cold! Usually, the folks there are as nice as they can be.
