Worst company Ive ever delt with. I bought a tv from them, paid extra for the "warranty" every month. When the tv screen starts to show problems because of a manufacturing problem they continuely tried to tell me that it was a user error.. the picture started to show black spots in it and then lines going across the screen over time. Then when I contact them about it it took 2 months for them to come out and even look at my tv, they continued to try and tell me it was "user error". Now 4 month later and constant back and forth of trying to find out what was going on with the tv and a warranty replacement, per the warranty agreement that I continued to pay on over this time, I then told them that I would no longer be making any payments until my tv was fixed or replaced, again after playing phone tag for more months and them telling me that they have not revived the pictures and everything that they asked for, which were emailed to multiple people at the company multiple times, and they even sent a person out to take his own pictures in which they have not received. FINALLY they came to put up my tv, telling me I would receive a "loaner tv" until the new one was received.. that they did not bring and told me my account -$100 had to be brought to a zero balance, which I refused to pay on count of it taking 4-6 months of waiting for them to even take any action. Then they say that the new one was ordered but didnt know when I would receive it. Then they wait to tell me after the fact that it was taken the tv from my home that it was "out of warranty" and that I have to pay an additional $400, when I am still making payment on the tv along side of the warranty.. now I have to pay even more money on something that I have already paid double retail price on, yes I understand that when renting to own things can cost more over time, which I am fine with, but since when does a "company" not follow theyre own policies. Being on the same subject.. I must mention how they tried to pocket $500 of my payment, not relizeing that my payments were all done through my credit card which I have each and every credit card payment on file.. when I took the proof of payment in to show I made each and every payment on time, longer story shorter, they told me the would give me a $500 discount.. which would bring my account to where is should have been from my payments already made.. so where that hefty discount at???? On the same note, one of my good friend was making cash payments on a tv through the same colortyme location and he was constantly getting "robbed" making the same payment week after week. But being cash he could not prove it.. unfortunately for Colortyme, I know the person that was pocketing the payments and all they did was fire that person.. did nothing to accommodate the people of which their company had been robbing over the time it has been happening. Need less to say, I would never ever ever go back to this place for another product.

Colortyme is such a disappointment.I had purchase two items Xbox n Television. They gave me an Xbox that doesnt work. I made a purchase using my debit card I cant not receive my money until 3-5 business day. Its not fair when you send me a broken Xbox

If you need to build your credit and need furniture fast this is the place. Just keep in mind your paying triple for what something is worth.
