I live in Richmond, VA. I am not an easily satisfied customer. I was looking for a very specific vehicle with very specific attributes within a nearly impossible to achieve price range. After a month of Internet searches and several near misses, I found the vehicle at Lots 4 Less. I drove up from VA to Hanover, PA where I met Haley Wagner, a salesperson at L4L. The vehicle was exactly as described and in excellent condition. I did a thorough inspection going over every inch, inside and out including a full undercarriage inspection. I did find one non-mechanical issue, that was significant, but so obscure that I could not possibly have expected anyone to notice it. I am just that picky. They agreed to affect the repair and deliver the auto to me-IN VIRGINIA! Haley was amazing. Cheerfully dealing with my obsessive nature and helping me to navigate the pratfalls of the divorce-inspired devastated landscape of my credit, and managed to get the deal done. Most people will say that they werent asking for much. I was...and Haley delivered...literally. Everything was professional, transparent, above board and completely fair. In fact, they made unexpected concessions to get the deal done while safeguarding my fragile credit. They placed me with a reputable lender with a low payment that exceeded my expectations. This has been the most enjoyable car buying experience of my life. The entire staff, including the shop, were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Most importantly, they really did make it fun! I wish they were here in Richmond. The next time I search for a car, I will begin my search with Lots 4 Less, even if it means significant travel. I was completely blown away by this amazing shopping experience. Haley...you are awesome.

I just bought a 2010 Ford Focus for my daughter from the wonderful people at Lots for Less that are part of the Hanover Auto Team. Im so VERY happy with the way I was treated I just wanted to let others know about this dealership and my experience. Im 58, and over the years I have bought many cars and trucks from other MD and PA dealerships. All too often the buying process was a miserable experience. But dealing with the very professional people at Lots for Less was a wonderful, no pressure experience. But specifically I want to mention one person that made my experience so wonderful. During the negotiations process I had the privilege of dealing with Mr. Stu Baker who is one of the Sales & Leasing Consultants at Lots for Less. I have shopped for some time for the car I was searching for many dealerships during my search before I found Lots for Less and had the opportunity to talk to Mr. Baker. Due to Mr. Baker’s low pressure approach as well as being very professional he made me feel that he truly cared about what was best for me, the customer. Mr. Baker inspired me to pass up all of the other dealerships that are way more convenient to my home and make the trip to his location. Mr. Baker’s low pressure and very professional approach may sound like a small thing to some, but to me this speaks volumes in the way this dealership likes to take care of its customers. If you’re shopping for a great pre-owned car, do yourself a favor and give Mr. Baker or any of the good people at Lots for Less a chance to earn your business. I know you will be as happy with the support from professionals as I am. Thanks again Mr. Baker, we love our car.

Bought a VW bug a year ago. We were told that their mechanics were paid to find stuff wrong with the car, and that they went over the car extremly well. Within 2 weeks our mechanic found the serpentine belt needed replaced. Luckily Lots 4 Less replaced it but not before an argument. Within a few months lining on both doors fell off. I could see where it was poorly repaired in preparation to sell. Within another month the handle on the glove compartment fell off along with a large amount of crazy glue. Within a few more months the brake pads and rotors needed replaced. Another month later wheel bearings air compressor housing and check engine light. 2000 dollars later.... I believe this car was not properly "gone over" as promised by this dealership. Repairs and maintenance that this vehicle needed were band-aided with crazy glue and other tricks of the trade knowing full well that within months they would be passed on to the buyer.

Last year we walked onto the Lots for Less parking lot and were greeted by Chris Collins. He was so patient, by taking his time to listen to our needs (wants) that we wound up financing a beautiful Mercury Mountaineer. THANK YOU Lots for Less, because four other dealers turned us away, due to bad credit. So any how, this year, our daughter wanted her own car. She just graduated high school and started a full time job, I felt she needed to learn some responsibility now and build some credit all at the same time. We never hesitated on where we would take her first. Yesterday we headed to Lots for Less, looking for Chris. He is no longer there, but she left the lot, thanks to Shelia, Gram L and Dan, in a 2012 Honda Civic, financed. The look on her face and the excitement in her voice is still this morning, PRICELESS!!! THANK YOU AGAIN LOTS FOR LESS, Hanover PA.

Highly recommended....I had a very good experience at Lots for Less. This dealer is connected to Hanover Toyota and is not some shady, side-of-the-road used car lot. I made the trip north to Hanover (from Maryland) to purchase my gently used 2015 F-150 on 6/23/2016 and couldnt be happier. For those of you who are out of state and looking to purchase in PA, it is a no- hassle, seamless transaction. -Excellent service -No pressure -Very fair pricing. (couldnt find a better deal in Maryland or any other neighboring states) Believe me,.. I looked -good offer on my trade -good communication and follow-through answering my questions before, during and after sale. I worked with Jessica Cousins (my sales consultant) and Dan Feeser (the sales manager) Great folks! Would buy here again. -Sam

Bought my first car here yesterday. It was such a great and smooth experience! After reading bad reviews from so many dealerships, I was really nervous and afraid that sales people would always try to rip me off. However, Bernard, Sales Manager, and Finance Manager were extremely patient and friendly. Bernard rode with me during the test drive which none of the sales people did in my previous visit to other dealerships. Especially the Finance Manager, he got me a better finance deal with much lower down payment and found me an awesome warranty deal. They convinced me that there are honest and responsible dealerships out there and they take pride in serving us. I will definitely recommend Lots For Less to all of my friends. They earned this.

I enjoy reading reviews but honestly Ive only written a handful or less, with that said I decided to write one for my experience at Lots For Less dealership. From the moment I inquired about a Tahoe that caught my eye, to the next day driving over an hour to drive it, then later purchasing it, I have to say I had the most pleasant experience. I worked with Haley and from start to finish she was wonderful. She is a "car salesman" that I would definitely visit again for my future purchases. Thank you Haley!

Incredible buying experience. I traveled from out of the area to see the vehicle, and Haley made every aspect of the experience easy and seamless- from the first phone call to the drive home in my new car! Haley went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and brought and energy and depth of knowledge that made the experience truly outstanding. I found Lots for Less to be trustworthy, friendly, and professional. I certainly return for my next purchase. Highly recommended.
