This Goodwill Store is a little hard to find unless you know where it is. Nevertheless it is always busy on the weekends and there isnt enough parking. They have lots of clothes but not enough dressing rooms. You have to be very careful to look at the clothes carefully for stains or imperfections. They have lots of books too, but they are disorganized. They dont have much furniture, but maybe it comes in and goes right out. I dont know. They have some home furnishings. The store only takes cash and check, no credit cards. I have donated here numerous times, but am probably not going to donate anymore after learning about the extremely large salaries that this Eastern NC organization pays their executives who happen to be family members too. It doesnt seem right for a non-profit organization. It seems to have lost the original focus.

Its a little smaller than the other GCFs and it feels like everyone is shopping on top of each other. I wish there was at one more dressing room since there are people who will take in almost an entire rack of clothes to try on at one time. I remember one lady was waiting in line before me to get into the fitting room. There were 2 younger ladies trying on all these clothes and the lady complained about how long they were in the fitting room, She asked the cashier if something could be done about them being in the fitting room for that long and theirreply was "I dont control the fitting rooms maam". Lol

Rated a 3 because it generally has some good things to find but like all GCF stores their pricing methods and their organization methods could drive you crazy. They use permanent markers on items in such a way that you frequently cant remove the price, which they could easily avoid. Their clothes are grouped by colors (like all GCFs in the Raleigh area) not by sizes which is also a little crazy

One of my favorite Goodwills in the area. Definitely one of the smaller stores but that means you can get in and out quickly. Parking is decent and Ive found a lot of good stuff here. The employees are friendly which is always nice.

Horrible! The customer service was slow and rude. I dont understand how people only can have one speed, you dont like your job find another. Dont slow me down for mine because of it, Goodwill sucks and has seen the last of my money!

I waited about 20 minutes in line to try on 2 shirts. There are 2 fitting rooms.. there used to be 4. I was disappointed they took the other 2 out.

They offer a lot, but its EXTREMELY unorganized. The experience would be so much better if they put their clothing items in order by size.

Needs a better location and a bigger store. Parking at this one is a tight squeeze due to other places being close together.

It has a great selection of womens shirts, some junior clothing, but the pants sizes can be big.
