So, My 18 year old son decided to come home for the summer from UNCC to work. He shared he wanted a white gold necklace. I suggested JC Pennys, because I order from them a lot. hes been working hard this summer, working 2 jobs (ft hours). He ordered the necklace and when it came in on Thursday it was too short, he asked should he send back. I suggested he return it to the mall, that way he could see if he saw one there to purchase. He called me upset about the service he received when he got there. Stating the sales rep Manal Zay basically accused him of lying stating " she did not believe this was the necklace was 10k gold) insinuating he was bringing back another necklace. My youngest son was with him and shared he did not understand why she was being nasty to him. She continued looking through a microglass shaking her head. ( ..meanwhile, he was on the phone with me asking "should he just get it and mail it off" sharing he did not like how he was being treated. We instill in our sons to show respect at all times. We try to make them understand that the world isnt always fair. Sadly he experienced this first hand. She finally called the manager who he stated instant saw the "10K stamp and apologize for having to wait and refunded his money. Needless to say, he didnt purchase a necklace from there. As professionals, you would think we know better. As adults, you would think so, unfortunately not. I called corporate yesterday while at work to file a complaint. Unfortunately, my sons experienced an unprofessional sales person presumably prejudices first hand, not knowing any of their background. Unfortunately, this happened to the wrong teenagers with parents with voices, I will not use my money in this store and make sure everyone we know is aware of this. PS. She knew she did wrong when she would not easily give my son her name. ManalZay??? Im not sure if this is even correct, but it is the name he was given!

The JCPenny at Four Seasons town centre is a big store. Weve been here 4 times in the last few months. The layout can be confusing at first but there are associates available to help you find what youre looking for. To make the most of your visit to JCPenny, do check the current offers available, both online and in store. In some cases, you may be better off ordering online and getting your order delivered to the store. If you find an apparel which you like but dont find your size in store, dont worry, they can look it up and order your size to the store free of charge. They also have a decent rewards program you should check out. There are a few drawbacks, like the free WiFi is horrible and you may not find cell signal in some parts of the store.

Review is for the Optical Center inside of JCPenney Very good service and selection of glasses. I bought two pair, one for regular use and a second pair of sunglasses for driving. I was shocked (in a good way) that they cost about 50% less than Lenscrafters, and that they were still able to delivery my new glasses within a week. They were so affordable, actually, that I bought their 1-year wear and tear warranty as well. My kids are rough on my glasses. I will return and I will recommend JC Penney Optical.

We visited this JC Penney location this past weekend and was set to purchase over $200 worth of merchandise. After having 4 different employees tell me their registers were closed I finally gave up and left. I placed all my merchandise down on the closed check out counter and left. A lady standing nearby witnessed this exchange and said she was having the exact same problem and she left her merchandise on the counter as well. There are plenty of other stores to shop at that have cashiers willing to take my money.

I have to say, great customer service is hard to come by these days but I experienced the best at the jc penny in Greensboro last week when I went there to get window treatments for my living room. Sonja helped me and was very professional. She was quick and resourceful. She even knew me when I called a few days later to place an order and then she sent a thank you card to me in the mail. Thank you Sonja. I will be back.

The only negative I have is that I had a ring for 3.5 years and in that time a diamond fell out twice. So I wont be buying jewelry from them again. But The great part of this was working with Debbie Isham-stanavech. She was a tremendous help with all this even when I wanted my money back and didnt want another ring. She made the process smooth and was a great representative of JCPenney jewelry.

This review for Jc Pennys salon inside the mall Went there to get haircut and I must say usually I dont go to salons to get haircuts, Im barbarshop type of guy. Quite frankly I was impressed with their hair skills. I walked out 100%satisfied... DOPE I must say...

For the salon, Cannot cut hair or give satisfying blowouts. If you have natural hair, DO NOT COME HERE!! I was dissatisfied with the outcome of my hair, and the manager, Charmaine, failed to do anything about it. Utterly disappointed, had to get a wig.
