After spending many hours on line reading to educate myself on stereos I chose the Denon AVR-X3000. I priced them everywhere on line but the "great buys" were refurbs or scratch-N-dent specials and the top shelf real Denon dealers all had the same prices. So I went to best buy after finding out that their prices were the same as the online sellers. I always try to spend my money locally and I knew what I wanted so I just went to the customer service desk to order it. A very nice young lady named Nicole T. helped me with the purchase and I just cant say enough good things about this representative. She looked up the item gave me the price and offered me a great deal on an extended warrantee and told me that shipping to my home was free! I received it in 3 business days. I can only speak for the service in the television department. Negative one stars would sum it up. Tried to purchase a tv twice and couldnt get anyone to help me. Wanted to buy a more expensive model tv ($1000-$1200) which i believe is a good chunk of change. Could not get someone to talk to me about the differences between the two i wanted. I was looking to sign up for the best buy card and everything. I shouldnt have to chase someone around to try and beg them to take my money. Espically for something that expensive. I know my measely money wont make or break this company, but you would think making a customer happy would be on their priority list. I got the message loud and clear at this location that this isnt the case. Not sure if its due to being under staffed or just pure apathay. Needless to say i will be going elsewhere where my business is appriciated, or atleast where it looks like it.

I called to find out if they had a scratch n dent upright freezer in which the girl on the phone had to check their website and then didnt know the difference between a refrigerator w/freezer vs an actual upright freezer... I had to ask her to go look in the store to see what was available! Has the new generation gotten so lazy that they have to look it up online vs walking thru the store they work in to find out what they had in stock?! Uggh. Worst customer service ever. Give me a break.

The worst best buy I have ever been the manager mike took the gas stove oven which was on Clarence item back because he decided he dont want to sell the item to us. The sales man was rude passed so much remarks because he had to check the item in the ware house. If best buy continues to hire managers like mike the corporate will loose its customers and also could face legal consequences. I would never recommend any one to shop from Clarence ny best buy until they fire this manager mike

This place always has the newest and coolest Electronics gadgets and even has the basics. If you are looking for a laptop or an accessory for your phone, this is the place to go. However, I once bought a phone from here and their maintenance department is horrible. My screen cracked and they flat-out refused to fix it even though I bought the warranty especially for this type of scenario. Do not buy a phone from here. Go to Sprint, T-Mobile, or AT&T.

Staff is complacent and rude. I waited to talk to a sales associate for ten minutes. The associate glazed over me when another customer pushed in front of me to ask a question. Also completely lying that a 3k dollar computer if the only thing that can push high end graphics. I build computers and it runs and 1k. Zero knowledge base.

I have bought several items from this Best Buy, including a LCD tv and a new camera. The staff was knowledgeable and the service was quick. The salesman that assisted me with my camera even walked to the front of the store, opened a register lane, and checked me out so I didnt have to wait.

The associates in this Best Buy (Transit Rd. in Clarence) in particular are some of the most helpful I have come across. The store also has a good selection of floor model appliances and electronics to see in person, though not as extensive as some of the larger stores I have been in.
