I am very patient, and I gave this pharmacy more than their fair shot. I was a Walgreens customer in my last town, and when I recently moved to the area it seemed convenient to stay with them. After all they already had all of my familys prescriptions on file. Ive tried going in the morning, in the middle of the day during the week, and at night. Theres always a line and theres nearly always a wait of 20 minutes or more to fill your prescription. If this were the only problem, I might suffer and stick it out with them. Recently, on a Friday, I tried to fill a new prescription. When I dropped it off I was informed they only had 5 pills out of the 90 my doctor had ordered. Even though it was 3 PM on a work day, I was told there would be a 25 minute wait for them to give me the 5 pills they had! I could pick up the rest of the pills on Monday they said. Monday came and luckily I thought to call the pharmacy before heading out to pick up the rest of the pills. After waiting on hold, I found out that they never received the pills from their supplier. No one called to tell me that the prescription was not ready and that they still didnt have the pills. The pharmacist promised to call the supplier to find out what happened and call me back shortly. Several hours passed, and I did not receive a call back, so I called Walgreens again. I was told that they could not get the generic and would have to order the brand name. Fine I said. I was told it would be available the following day (Tuesday). Tuesday came, and I called them at 12 PM to see if my prescription was now ready. I was told that yes the pills had come in but they had not filled it yet and would need an hour to fill it. I was annoyed. They had all morning to fill the script and considering all they had put me through already, one would think they might tackle my order with bit more expediency. Despite this I gave them their 1 hour and then some, showing up 2 hours later at 2 PM to pick up my prescription. After waiting on line, I was informed that it still was not ready and I had to wait 10-15 minutes while they finished filling it and updating the computer to reflect the switch from generic to brand name. I will not be going back to this Walgreens and will more than likely switch to another company entirely. I am certain that without my persistent nagging I would still be waiting for my prescription. At no point did anyone even so much as apologize to me for the inconvenience.

Go there only to pick up prescriptions. In my case, they have always been prompt, even when the line is long. It is a high-volume location from what I can see, but the wait has never been too bad. Note: Ive never seen more than one attendant at the general register regardless of the line. I never use it though...

This Walgreens just opened so I dont understand where these reviews are coming from. I mean the building was just built… Super convenient location and a nice new facility! Large building equals a lot of stuff

I have never waited in a longer line just to get a pack of gum. But what upset me the most was that the cashier stood there and did not call backup for 10 minutes. (Of course the backup never arrived)

If I could give them zero stars I would. The staff is horrible and extremely rude. I am calling Walgreens corporate to inform them how rude and unhelpful their pharmacists are.

Not the most organized employees. Takes way too long to get anything.
