The bike buying experience was good but not great. Price was 100% firm! They wouldnt even consider negotiating. Honestly, you can pay full sticker price anywhere so dont pay it here. My bike wasnt ready for pickup even after I called to let them know when Id be there and was assured it would be ready. They acted like they had no idea I ever called when I got there. I ended up taking a different color bike so I wouldnt have to wait another day. Very disorganized and poor communication. I think once they have your money, theyre not as interested in you anymore. ...unless you have more money. Every other experience Ive had here has been negative. As other reviewers have stated, when they say theyll call you when a part is in, they wont. Or sometimes they actually will and youll go down to pick it up and its not really there. I was assured again and again and again that it would be there in a week and I got a different story every week. "I dont know who told you that but that parts not even in the country." Well then why did you tell me it would be here in a week? After waiting 2 months for a part that never came in, I demanded a refund and bought it on Amazon. I got it in 3 days from Amazon AND paid less. Want good service? They dont have that either. Service is pretty sad when they want 2 weeks just to give an estimate and charge $125 for it. Thats right, they want $125 just to tell you what a repair will cost.Theres a reason people call it a Stealership and this place is so well deserving of that label. I wanted so badly to like it, I really tried and gave them so many chances to change my mind. But Im so turned off by this place now that I dont even want to browse there anymore no less give them another dime of my money. You guys finally lost me as a customer today. $125 just for an estimate? Get real. *reply to dealers response* You still could have given me a deal but you chose not to. If I wouldnt pay sticker then the next guy would, right? Thats not how you earn customer loyalty. I would have used the savings to buy a helmet and jacket and probably spend more than what I saved. And what about the weeks of run-around on the seat cowl? Telling me itll be there in a week and then a week later no one knows what Im talking about. 3 times they did this to me. And what about $125 for an estimate? $125 to not actually fix anything! And my bike not being ready even after a call to confirm? Im not making this stuff up, it was just one negative experience after another after another.

Never would go back to or recommend service here again.. brought my gsxr 750 in last year with a slight tick .. they told me it would be 1500 to diagnose and up to 1500 to fix it but wouldnt give me a real estimate on the cost of fixing not sure why diagnosis and actual repair wouldnt just be tied in toget her but any ways I got it back no longer running with a bag of screws they took off of things and never put back on.. they told me the cam chain would need to be replaced but then said they didnt know what tensioner was bad so to fix it they couldnt even give me a number just said minimum of another 1500 so was looking at 3k possibly to diagnose and fix a very slight tick that sounded like a valve tap not sure what happened to the bike in the month it sat outside at the shop but when I got it back sounded like while trying to figure out what the issue was they screwed it up worse.. would have been nice if it was at least put back together.... very unprofessional I picked the bike up without them touching anything else not fixed... and found a bolt broken off that holds the gas tank down and the tank itself is hitting the frame on the sides because the tab was bent down ... total waste of time and ended up having to fix things that they messed up with my friend at my house... still very pissed off with this place. And its been over a year I just recently finally had the time to fix it and so just uncovered a lot of the little issues besides the bike not running when I picked it up.

We purchased a 2015 Honda PCX150 last year. It came in damaged and we were going to cancel the order but after speaking with Steve and Gary we decided to let them order the parts and repair the scooter. Most of the parts came in and we picked it up. Steve was great. One part was back ordered and we were never called when it came in. We called and as it was a simple install I did it myself. I just purchased a leftover 2013 Kawasaki Versys. Again, Steve was great to deal with. Riding home I realized there were a few problems. There was some damage to a hand grip and bar end weight and on the ride home there was almost no rear brake. The brake was never properly bled I repaired this myself. When I spoke with Gary the next day he told me the bike comes assembled from the factory. So why was I charged for assembly? And is there any excuse that no one checked the brakes in prep? Other than those few issues I like the bike (downsized from an Electra Glide). Ive been riding over 50 years and this is far from the worst experience I had buying. If not for the lack of call when parts came in for the PCX and the assembly and prep issues on my Versys it could have been a 5 Star. Still better than the majority of dealers in the area and I highly recommend Steve as a salesman!

I bought a Shoei helmet from here. I got a great deal on the helmet (they matched revzilla and then some) but being a new rider, i wasnt sure what size to get. They told me i should get it as tight as possible but no one measured my head - they guy told me it was all about how it felt and that a small would break into a medium. the helmet was out of stock so they ordered it and were going to ship it to my house but when the time of delivery past i called them. No one knew to ship it to my house. I ended up getting a size too small and it was incredibly painful to ride with the helmet. I luckily was able to sell it taking a $100 loss after owning it for just a month. I went to hanover powersports and talked to Robert there. He measured my head and sat with me for 30 minutes talking about different helmets and what is the best fit for me. Im very happy with my new purchase. The guys at the part center at Pompton were nice, but i wish they were better educated in fitting customers (particularly new riders) with motorcycle helmets. As a follow up - i did receive a call from the owner apologizing that the helmet didnt fit well and the he would have been happy to try to work with me on getting a new one.
