This is a fake Verizon store. Have you ever gone to a USPS location only to find yourself at a grocery store that has nothing to do with USPS but will insist that they are a legit USPS office because they sell stamps? Well this store is like that. They are an "authorized reseller" for Verizon which means that they sell phones and new plans but they cannot do anything else. But they will sure lie to you about it. I came in to switch my temporary verizon number and they kept making up various issues around my request instead of straight up telling me they are not a real Verizon store. After a lot of intentionally misleading back and forth, including a made up problem with the SIM, they told me I needed to go to a "corporate location". I had to ask several times what that means - surely I didnt need to go to Verizons corporate headquarters for a simple port in request? - and they wouldnt tell me, until finally they confessed to being an independently owned reseller, not an actual Verizon store, and not carrying any SIMs. All in all, I wasted about an hour at this store, only to have to drive to an actual Verizon store, where they took care of my request in 5 minutes with no issues.

DONT SHOP HERE! Worst owners/store in cell phone store history. They will rip you off at every opportunity. They will try to charge you extra on EDGE purchases anytime they can. Average accessory is 25-40% over priced, mostly cheap no name items to start with. I worked for these degenerates for 2 months before they realized I was more concerned about their business than themselves. That intimidated the Ratty one, guy even threatened to "kick my ass". After telling him to actually swing on me, he then tells to go home instead, told him Im gone if he has me go. DONE! The owner Enes Arslan thinks he can run a store in Edina, MN from L.A., CA. Of course the idea is a joke. Verizon is even mad about it, so he lies, saying hes in MN. They also threaten employees as to not paying them their earned commission, also falsely chargebacks. This is what you get when a child is given a million dollars by his parents to open a business...no work ethic! Constant scam artists, constantly deceitful. Stay away from shopping (or working) here.

I have called this shop a number of times when Ive needed help, and theyve been great about solving the problem. A couple of days ago, for example, my son was having trouble getting his phone replacement -- insured through this Verizon shop -- basically because of UPS red tape, not the fault of either the insurance company or Verizon. (It was trapped in an automated UPS machine that wouldnt give up the package because my son, a student, lives at an address thats not the one on his ID.) But Ryan made a call, got the insurer to send out another replacement phone the next day (and let UPS send back the original when nobody picked it up) Problem solved, just as the people at this Verizon shop have gone out of their way to solve problems many times in the past.

My Verizon smart phone recently stopped working, and internet searches provided no help in resuscitating the device. Since I was a month and a half from my upgrade date, I thought Verizon might make a deal and let me upgrade just a bit earlier to save me the hassle. It was a no-go with them. I stopped by this dealer and was told the same thing. However, they were able to offer a loaner phone, which Verizon does not do. It was free of charge (required a deposit), and I was set to go. Andrew was very helpful, and Im totally content knowing that my problem is solved and I can go back to the store in a month and a half to trade in the loaner phone for a fancy new one! I cant recommend them highly enough.

I recently went here to fix a problem that we had after being mishandled at a Verizon kiosk at Southdale. Todd helped me get the trade in credit for my phone (after the kiosk screwed it up), AND I only waited about 3 minutes to get helped. Todd couldnt fix my problem when I was at the store, but said he would follow up with his manager and let me know later that day. He texted me updates and followed up with me to make sure that I got all of the information I needed and resolved all my issues. I had a great experience, and I didnt wait the hour-plus that I am accustomed to when having problems while visiting other Verizon stores.

Not sure why and how this store deserved poor rating from other people here but I was extremely happy and pleased to shop at this location. Staff at this location are very friendly and knowledgeable. On my last visit a week ago they helped me to fix a problem I had been having with my phone while corporate verizon store rejected me to help due to problems not being related to verizon. I have been shopping and getting help from this store for more than two years now and definitely recommend this store to others.

We arrived with two sales representatives assisting two other customers. We were not greeted or acknowledged until the sales reps were finished with their customers (this took 20+ min). When we were approved we apparently had an easy issue to resolve which involved transferring a SIM card from one phone to another. This could have been handled in a better way. I will not be returning to this particular store based on the service I was provided.

Wow!! never had such a quick hassle free experience before. Store Manager Matt explained all my options in detail did not try to upsell me whatsoever and I felt he was truly looking for what is best for me! in a sales driven industry people like Matt are very difficult to find. I will be returning for all my future business and referring all my friends! Matt Was truthfully the best I have ever Had ! 5 stars for Edina ***** !! Cheers!

I came in after losing my phone and store employees Matt and Sam were honestly more helpful thaqn i could have ever hoped for. They both layed out the best options for me and jumped through a number of obstacles to get me a new phone the same day I walked in for very little cost. Can honestly say that it was the best customer service I have gotten in any field.

This Verizon location has very poor customer service. Ive gone in several times for help, and they always say no. The people are cocky and not very bright, which is a losing combination. Ive gone to other Verizon stores and have had very pleasant experiences. I strongly recommend avoiding the 50th and France location. Its a waste of valuable time.

I have had some real difficulties with my new Droid....some technical issues very specific to where I live and the Verizon at 50&France has been extraordinary in helping to resolve the issue. They have been very polite,efficient and gone to great lengths to ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend this store.

Ryan was so helpful and kind, not only did he help me get a new phone in a short amount of time. He is the ONLY person in all my years of dealing with Verizon to ever offer me help on lowering the costs of my monthly bill, this man saved me over 200$ with an easy change to my plan.
