JOSH in Electronics worked on my cell phone and service. He is very professional and very knowledgeable. I ordered a new cell phone with some technical difficulties. He contacted the supplier and they were unable to do anything for us except a return, leaving me without service. This took us 45 minutes. We had all ready transferred the StraighTalk on the phone. Josh was relentless in helping that department figure out what to do after getting to a supervisor there. TWO hours later Josh explained he was switching the part out and detailed it with the store manager. BEST customer service in a long while from anyone, anywhere! He was interrupted by rude customers constantly and multi-tasked their problem while working on mine. The HR State rep was visiting the store so I confirmed this whole ordeal with him. Josh has been in that department a while and waited on me before. This was a "first" for both f us and he got the job done being knowledgeable over his supervisors. Walmart does its best for what they can deliver at the best price. Josh is exceptional but I have found all the other employees here quite responsive. GO JOSH! SuEllen

Horrible experience. Needed assistance in the auto center, had a tire that needed to be replaced [not on the car, had the tire and rim with me inside the store]. Waited 25+ minutes behind another gentlemen while one employee was doing all the running around and the other two, (one of which was wearing a manager tag) sat in the back room, right in front of us, with the door open, talking, and only stopped to tell us the lady would be back soon to help us (25 minutes later, she was). Went to the front of the store while my tire was being worked on to buy a pack of cigarettes and a drink. Went to the shortest line and asked if they could grab us a pack of cigarettes, as the ONE line that was open connected to the cigarette kiosk, had a woman with roughly 50 items in it. They refused. I waited for the woman with the 50 items to finish. While waiting, two of the front of the store managers were sitting there talking crap about other employees there (that were actually working, while these two were sitting on their butt doing nothing). Unprofessional. I will absolutely not be returning to this store.

If only ZERO STARS WERE AN OPTION I recd tires for xmas. The tires were installed by a dealership, and after an alignment was done, I was in formed by a MASTER MECHANIC that the tire had the "tire pull condition" and I immediately contacted the Milford, MI Walmart tire center and they recommended that I come to their store and their service person confirmed that my tire was indeed bad and advised me to go back to the Commerce store for replacement. I spent over 2 hours today in the Commerce store with NO resolution. The store refuses to replace my damaged tire and indicates that its an installation issue, even though thats not mechanically possible. The service person that I dealt with there-John-is a real jerk. He is not friendly at all and acts as though everything is a HUGE inconvenience. My only positive interaction was with manager Edward and he still wasnt able to resolve my issue. John-the horrible service person indicates this isnt a full service tire place, yet is so sure my tire isnt defective.

I ordered online for a in store pickup on Nov 30th. It was for a Christmas gift for my parents. On Dec 14th it was supposed to arrive. My husband went to pickup and it was not here and Lance told him it should be later in the day. We got a email one day later saying it was delayed should be there within 48 hours. Then we could no longer track it online said error. Called the 800 number twice they were not helpful and said they do not know what to advise go talk to store manager. So finally fed up on Dec 28th go to the store talk to Lance again who says he does not know he will call the Walmart hq and see what happened and call me next day. Well he of course never called me I call the store talk to Lance on 12/29 who advises he can refund no one knows where my package is. I advise I got on sale on 11/30 would prefer if he can reorder at same price. Well of course not helpful cant do that no suggestion to help. WILL NEVER ORDER ONLINE or SHOP at WALMART again so unhelpful and unprofessional.

BY FAR THE WORSE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. Lance in Online pick up order is very rude, Management (Kevin specifically) is just as bad, everyone in the store is acting like they are doing you a favor showing up to work to sell you something. I understand this is holiday season and everyone is busy and frustrated with various things but you dont have to treat your customers like they are the reason you have a bad day or whatever. 80% of people need to be retrained. Just call them during busy hours and see what type of service youll receive. No hello, no thank you for holding for the last 20 minutes, no have a good day, no thank you for shopping at Walmart, no apology for screwing up your order. Oh yeah AND they hang up on you if your question causes them any inconvenience. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS AWFUL PLACE

Out of stock on lots of grocery items! I have been doing my grocery shopping at this Walmart on a weekly basis for months and months and am routinely frustrated by the lack of inventory in the store for the most basic of grocery items. The shelves are often bare, and I am forced to go to another store to buy the items that missing at Walmart. This is a reoccurring problem that has been going on for months and months. I have never seen a store so poorly stocked (my opinion is that the grocery manager needs to be replaced). I can no longer afford to waste my time doing my grocery shopping at this Walmart, since I almost always need to finish my shopping at a second store. Ill be better off shopping at a better stocked store, which will not be difficult to find. This is the WORST Walmart I have ever seen!

I agree with the majority of these comments. There are a few customer service/cashiers that have been very nice but for the most part the ones walking around that are supposed to help you are not helpful at all. This store is always out of items, automotive department is not the best (been there twice and have been told they could not help me with what I needed) and there are never enough lines open. They are also confused on their policies. One person(store manager) says that you can return items past 10 p.m. another customer service person says no. This store needs to do better training on customer service 101 and the policies of Walmart. Unfortunately, the Walmart i love is now to far and this is the closest. This one gets a big booooooo.

I agree with everyone else, awful. Placed an online order, item was in stock, never received the pickup confirmation email. Hours later, called the store, was disconnected FIVE TIMES before I finally got the guy at the pickup desk who said "yeah, were supposed to have two, but there are none on the shelf and none in the back". This was supposed to be a birthday gift for later in the day, so I had to scramble to find one somewhere else. Ruined my afternoon. Worst part, negotiating the horrible website, then trying to find an intelligent human being at the store. Good luck with that, right? You get what you pay for, and that goes for staff more than anything else. No wonder Amazon is kicking everyones butt.
