We worked with Darlene, STAY AWAY FROM HER!! I switched from AT&T after 13 years...for what I was told was a good deal. Well, it all comes down to this Darlene is a big Ol liar. My bill is way more than what she told me, when confronted with this she simply denied it. We are working my with corporate to resolve this problem. Even corporate said if we knew the real cost...no one would sign up for it. DARLENE WILL TELL YOU ONE THING, THEN YOU WILL GET CHARGED SOKMETHI MY ENTIRELY DIFFERENT!

I went into Verizon because my phone wasnt connecting properly to the charger. The greeter took my name and told me I had a brief wait. After only five minutes, I met Karen (the Asian girl from the previous guys review), who figured out pretty quickly that it was a bad cable. She gave me a new one and I was on my way. While Karen wasnt effervescent, she was quite pleasant and professional. Ive only had good experiences at this store so far, and would recommend it.

I walked in to three employees leaning against a kiosk and had to walk up to them and initiate a conversation. Seemed like I had been interrupting them. Needed help with my phone and they were all standoff-ish. One guy directed me to go to a phone repair shop "over there". This is what this company has gotten to? BTW there fois isnt much better and you end up paying an arm and a leg after the promos expire. Redicuous...

Would not help me at all. Treated me like I wasnt a customer only because I bought my device through Amazon Wireless and not through their store. Wouldnt even give me a SIM card to use my service. After talking to Verizons TSS on the phone, they instructed me to go to the store and LIE about my issue for me to get a new SIM card. I had to lie to get a SIM card because the store manager is so cheap.

Great service!! Been a Verizon customer for years (was with Sprint before Verizon). Prices here are always very competitive compared to other carriers. They always have promotions going on and have found ways to save me money on my bill multiple times. This store is great - very new looking inside, so many products! The reps are very helpful and great!

Nasty! Very unprofessional. Would not recommend doing business with them. High pressure sales with no follow through. Assistant Manager more worried about add-ons to up the commission, than making sure the customer understands the price and service contract.

Although Verizon is a complete ripoff I had 2 visits to this store recently and the people working were helpful and friendly. The 2nd time was on a Tuesday afternoon around 4 and I had multiple people helping me because it was empty.
