These guys accepted my order over a flower delivery website. I had a typo in my zipcode and they didnt check my address. A woman calls me to tell me that they wont be making the delivery. The whole time Im on the phone with her, I hear a man angrily screaming in the background that theyve "Done nothing wrong" even though they clearly accepted an order that they didnt check. He was yelling through the entire call. I felt cornered and treated completely unprofessionally. I mentioned it to the woman how upsetting it was.. instead of apologizing for his behavior and moving to another room, she justified it. She also hung up on me while we were talking. The entire time it felt like they were pissed off at me... when all I did was try to patronize their business. This could have been handled so many better ways. They could have refunded me the paltry 3$ sum for next day delivery, then delivered the following day. They could have taken on the added delivery cost of a single longer distance delivery since they had already accepted the offer. They could have done 3 minutes worth of Googling to find another shop in the area to try and set me up with someone who could have made the delivery. They could have just.. NOT been incredibly rude to me. We buy flowers to people to express ourselves. Sometimes, like in my case, its really important that the gesture come right away... before the recipient has to leave for a hospital stay with her best friend. Being rude and unwilling to compromise when youre in a business like flower delivery.. which caters to weddings, funerals, and tons of other deeply emotional expressions, is more than just bad customer service. Its cruel. Clearly Im not the first person theyve been rude to, and I wont be the last.

An arrangement was supposed to arrive at my office by 4:30pm as a surprise to cheer me on this 1st anniversary (yesterday) of my sisters passing. Well, by 4:30 pm I get a call from sender asking me not to leave the surprise had to be revealed..they arrived at 4:40pm. Worse some of the flowers were dead, being the recipient, I called with my dissatisfaction and was "accidentally" disconnected when asked to hold. Calling back I spoke to Rose, who stated new arrangement will be sent next day. So, today different driver has security call asking if I had old arrangement to be returned? Why, was that a discussion for security....?? THE 1st thing the driver asked when walking into my office (with my patients present), "do you have the other flowers? I commented these are different...with no response. No, excuse me, I have a delivery..nope, nada, not professional. This arrangement looks as if they were thrown in the vase, some not even touching water (rearranging them myself)..just hanging around with gapping space in the middle (some different than previous) and without a bow on the vase as pictured (like the other). Another call to Rose revealed yesterday some flowers were missing so I had the girl "just throw something together". Today, was just an "sorry"! Really, does anyone take pride in their work anymore and exude professionalism? Just asking...Needless, to say THIS was the first and last time The Flower Shop is utilized. I am extremely appreciative for my Babe thinking enough to send me a cheer...the effort did make me smile:)

Incredibly disappointed with this company. I ordered a orchid arrangement in a vase for a funeral viewing. When I saw the arrangement I could not believe how poor the arrangement was. Two of the orchids on the single stem were drooping below the rim of the vase and closing in on themselves clearly past their prime. The arrangement also had 3 stalks of red ginger that was NOT in the photo, was missing the yellow yarrow and the curly willow was short and straight not sure if it was curly willow either. Not at all artistic or unique. I dont know if the arrangement fell over in delivery but it was haphazard and frankly an embarrassment. For $70 it was a poor value too. They did order the cymbidium orchid stem (which is why I gave them two stars) but if the arrangement is a non-stock item dont offer it for sale on your website. I immediately emailed that evening and again the next day but was not contacted. I personally called and was told I would get a call back but Im still waiting - so much for 100% satisfaction guarantee. This was a one day viewing so if its an important order I would not risk using this business.

I was unhappy with my experience, and at this point, I will not use this company again. I ordered from The Flower Shop once before, so I was confident that the second experience would also be positive. However, I contacted The Flower Shop a few days prior to the scheduled delivery date to change the delivery date. I did so via email, because I am currently out of the country. I didnt receive a response and the flowers were delivered on the scheduled date instead of the revised date. I followed up with a second email letting The Flower Shop know that I was unhappy with the delivery. They still have yet to respond at the least, or offer any form of reconciliation for their inaction. At this point it appears that they dont check/respond to emails. Though I am opposed to posting such dissatisfied feedback publicly-- they emailed me for feedback and it was a link to make a Google review. I hope they utilize this negative review improve their online customer service.

I rated three stars because when I called to ask when to expect my delivery they were super RUDE! A man answered and I said " Yes I placed a order online and was wondering when I could expect it" he said "hold on" and a lady came on and I repeated my question. She said "its on the truck OK I dont know when" I said " Ok thank you" and she just hangs up on me! If making flower arrangements is "their" thing they should stick to that and just hire someone with customer service skills that knows how to talk to people nicely. I was VERY taken back by that!!! Quality Customer Service means a WORLD of difference!

Ordered local thinking it would be better than an online company like 800flowers. Was I wrong & disappointed! On the website the arrangement looked tropical. It was supposed to include Hot Pink Gerbera daisies and beautiful tropical leaves. The description read, "Gerbera daisies, mini carnations, and statice emerge from tropical leaves, salal, and monkey grass." Didnt see the most important parts, the reasons I loved the arrangement. Instead it had plain white daisies (NO COLOR) along with miniature carnations & frilly white statice. Thats it!! It was so plain! Never again will I use this company.

Great service- ordered a bouquet of flowers online for my mothers birthday, but accidentally provided the wrong address (didnt know until after they went to the wrong address). They were super nice about it- and still managed to deliver it to the right place. The flowers were also very pretty.

I would have definitely given them 5 stars as delivery was on time but the flowers and balloon were both different than expected. Totally different colored balloon. But overall a nice experience. I would recommend them

I got off night shift Sunday morning and needed to send my hospitalize daughter flowers. I found it difficult to find someone that delivers on Sunday. The did flower shop did and got delivered them quickly.
