I have just returned from the most appalling Walmart experience I have ever had! I had purchased a microwave and several small items. As I was leaving the store, the "greeter" wanted my receipt. I said just a second as I had my hands full. He then REACHED INTO MY PURSE and pulled out my receipt! I slapped his hand and loudly told him to get out of my purse. He just laughed at me! Another employee was sitting on the bench by Subway and started shushing me. When I just got louder about wanting to see the manager the bench employee walked over to me and shushed me again. He stated dont worry about it. just forget it. I stated no I also told them to get me the manager or I will call the police.They just laughed more. Finally they got the "zone supervisor" she assured me she would talk to the gentlemen involved. Not enough, that little mexican man does not belong at the door if he thinks he can do things like that. The police arent even allowed to get into your personal space without probable cause! I feel as if nothing was done about the event nor will it be. I am done shopping Walmart. Besides, it seems to be turning into an eastside KMart. It is so dirty, messy and seemingly full of poor leadership. I have never really cared for Target but now it will be my store of choice. If Walmart has something I really want, I will go to the one in Indianola. That store is worth the drive!!!

Had the Worst experience Ever at this walmart. Took my three sons in to get haircuts on Sunday afternoon. I gave very clear descriptions on what I wanted. Bangs not too short, shorter on the sides, longer on the top. When she was done I about cried. It was the worst haircut Ive ever seen! The bangs are the shortest hair on his head, the cut is choppy and extremely uneven. I said I was disappointed and this is not what I wanted, she said sorry, he moved..... To make matters worse, the pink-haired manager got in my face saying I was mean because accidents happen and I didnt need to treat the other lady that way. I was not yelling, I simply said it was aweful because it was. The pink-haired lady then said that she herself would fix it and when I said no thank you she yelled again saying I was insulting her 16 years of experience! Absolutely Awful!!!! Now I have to wait for his hair to grow out so I can get it fixed by someone who knows what theyre doing. I have pictures of this poor kids hair, he now insists on wearing hats and cries because of how bad it is! Shame on her for thinking this was acceptable!

This is the Wal-Martiest Wal-Mart Ive ever been to. Thats not a compliment. The customers deserve their own website, and the irony isnt lost on me that i only know that because Im a customer. Theres only ever two cashiers working, which is odd considering that i can fit a football stadium in there. Its also ironic that a football stadium will always have more cashiers working than this Wal-Mart does. Its kind of dirty, but not as much as some Wal-Marts. Theres always a crime being solved here, which is why they keep a cop out front. Plus, i spent a lot of money on a stupid tricycle here that shoots sparks, because my son wanted it. That little turd only rode that thing, like, twice. So, bad memories. They lost the keys to my car once. I didnt get them back. Whenever Ive gotten my oil changed here, and paid them to top off my fluids, they didnt do it. And i was still thirsty, so i think theres a joke there, but Im not connecting the dots. I dont like this place.

Had coupon and none the employees were aware of Walmarts coupon policy!! Didnt surprise me as I used to be a new employe trainer ,and NOT ONE TRAINER/ RGM, GMS OR MGS IN OUR REGION WAS AWARE OF all necessary documents,information, until I opened new store with corporate and came back, I never felt so empowered and to train our stores and managers I wanted to learn more and more and it really brings a company as a whole together AS A TEAM when every store is trained to know exactly the same thing s ( not saying they will all be leaders ) but as long as you give them the tools they need to succeed your store will also improve in sales, customer feed back and over all store will improve . But first you need ACTUAL LEADERS THAT YOU PAY BASED ON THERE Performance AND THEY CAN FOCUS ON WORK INSTEAD OF WORRYING ABOUT PAYING BILLS BECAUSE THERE NOT PAID ENOUGH TO IMPROVE Anothers SUCCESS WHEN THERE NOT sure IF WHAT THEY DO IS GOING TO BE NOTICED..

Sucks. they charge you credit without asking if you wanted debit or credit on your card. I defiently wanted debit since my card charges for credit, they did this to me four times before even when i told them myself loud and clearly DEBIT.The staff seemed unfriendly and rude. I had someone roll there eyes at me cuz i needed to check out and they were talking to a coworker and i interupted them. I didnt do anything except put my stuff on the roller and wasnt even rude but this person made a great show of sighing and rolling there eyes cuz i needed to check out then proceded to throw my stuff on the end and not bag it they shook there hand at me when i didnt get my money out fast enough for them in a milisecond. I told several people here hi and they would straight up ignore me even if i was standing directly on front of them when i said hi

Im not sure if they have a new manager here recently or what, but this Walmart is going downhill. I used to swing by nearly every day to pick up a few things, including a USA Today newspaper. Well now, the papers are not conveniently located just inside the entranceways as before; one must go to customer service to get one. Well, I stood in line for 10 minutes to get a paper last night, and of course once I got there they were sold out. I was told the store manager decided he did not want the papers out anymore. This is ridiculous and now I will go elsewhere to get my paper and pick up incidentals. ALSO< thislocation used to take back glass bottles purchased there for recycling. This convenience recently went away also. Not sure what is going on with this store but it is getting worse and annoying.

Went there to be eco friendly and return cans and bottles then do my shopping. None of the cans and bottle machines worked. Yelled to get the attention from one of the employees, he looked at me and kept on walking so I had to chase him down. He then proceeded to tell me that all of cans and bottle machines are broke. Needless to say I had to then gather my cans and bottles again. It could have been a simple fix of putting a sign up. Also speaking with a manager is a joke. Wasting my time on what little hours I have after work is worth a "I apologize." From now on Id rather pay more then to waste my time.
