This AT&T store provides the worst service I have ever experienced. They operate under the illusion that they are providing good service, but unless the situation fits into their box of rules, management will not make a decision. Management job is to resolve issue that their subordinates are not able or authorized to solve. This often requires them to pick up the phone and assist the customer in resolving their problem. The entire management staff should be replaced with a team that truly understands what customer service is all about. "I cant help you!" is not an acceptable answer! Another sad day in America!

Apparently none of you have worked a big retail store with little staff. If that phone worked they would have to hire one person dedicated to that phone. Been there done that. Your comments are only proof. As far as the real review here, theyre great. T greet you at the door (and as well as leaving) very knowledgeable and they get things done as much as they can. (Not everyone is perfect). My big issue here is wait times. 15-45min or more. Its silly. However it is nice if u leave to get a bite or run errands they send you a text when your appointment is near.

Already had service and wanted to upgrade despite my considerations to cancel and change service providers. Technician showed up 15 minutes past the alloted time frame and wasted over an hour sitting in his truck. Finally got the tech to start "working" and they managed to turn off all our services without installing anything and left with our phone and Internet still deactivated. Mind you, since when does changing a phone plan require turning off the phone, never mind slightly increasing Internet bandwidth. Needless to say, Im pissed.

Doesnt answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculous, got to the point where it would ring once and they sent me back to virtual operator, a division it started with about 8 rings. All I get from that is instead of answering the phone, they have a person sitting right next to the phone to sending people to voice-mail instead of picking up the phone. Definitely calling corporate, if they pick up of course.

Why publish a phone number that no one answers? Are you not a company that sells phone service? Customer Service said my issue had to be addressed at a store. I was to call to ensure what I needed prior to arriving. I could not get anyone to answer to phone to ensure the 30 Minute drive to the store was warranted. Very, very poor customer service experience.

The service in this store is AWESOME! I went in needing help with my cell and was greeted at the door she wanted to know how she could help and I had to explain I pushed the wrong botton on phone, she knew exactly what I did (even though I didnt) and fixed it in under 3 minutes!!! I was amazed and pleasantly surprised. Good Job AT &T!

The people are friendly although there is usually a wait and it takes way too long to activate new phone services or other things. The price of items and services are too high plus everything is an extra cost. Frustrating although cell phones are the way to go.

I agree, whenever i call nobody answers the phone!! You would think that a place that sells phone, cell phone, and TV plans that they would answer the phone. What kind of store that wants to sell a product doesnt want to answer a few phone calls.

There is usually a wait to get service here, but you can always take advantage of the WiFi during your wait. There were issues transferring my service to another phone after mine was damaged, but they did get it done.
