Went in to fix an issue with my Samsung Gear S watch this morning (9/23/15), and the store employee had no idea how to handle my issue. He kept saying all the wrong things, like: 1) "We can not play with the settings on a device that doesnt belong to T-mobile." Really? Will you self destruct if you touch an unlocked device from a different provider? Have you ever heard of APN settings, buddy? He didnt even bother to look at my device to check the settings. Good thing I know how to program unlocked devices otherwise some poor customer who doesnt have this knowledge would be at a total loss working with this employee. 2) "The watch uses the data network to make phone calls and text. Since you used up the data on your plan, you can not make any more phone calls or texts" I had to show the employee how to read his own computer screen which showed that I used up 0% of my data, not had 0% left. He also didnt grasp the idea that unlimited talk and text does not count towards the data. Theyre totally different features on the plan! He was adamant that making voice calls using the regular phone feature (i.e not using an app like skype or whatsapp) uses up my data. 3) "I can open up another line on your account, maybe that will fix it" Really? Youre going to make me pay $20 per month for a watch, even though theres a wearable plan that only costs $5 per month? No thank you! Needless to say, very disappointed coming here. They have one job and one job only....provide service for cellular devices. Not asking them to invent a new device or bring peace to the world. Just troubleshoot the issue and offer a reasonable solution. When a customer walks in the door and sounds like they know what theyre talking about, take their word for it. Making up weird excuses to circumvent a task that requires a mere average intellect just makes yourself sound like you dont know your own job.

The people who run this. Including the manager. Are all about selling. U. you something. But there not about making sure your happy with your purchase I spent. 150.00 in re stocking fees. At this location because I was having problems with the phones that I tryed out and was having trouble with drop calls. After returning two phones I came back to return the 3rd one which I was told I had 14 days to do. This was told to me by a the sales representative. Then after coming in the store store the 3rd time manager. Tell me I cant return it. Lying his way out saying the sales representative. Never sad that What cover up. Make sure. U read reviews before entering this store Case I will never buy another tmoble phone again from this location. Ever lesson to be learn I should have not let them talk me in to coming back to tmoble when I was doing well at. at@t.

No compren en esta tienda la gente no sirve para dar un buen servicio no me quisieron cambiar un celular.el cual tenía un plan de jum Y se podía cambiar 3 veces al año nunca lo cambié Y ahora q lo quería cambiar me insultaron Y no saben que nosotros somos quienes acemos a T-mobile grande y que hace T-mobile nada debería tener algún lugar de sugerencias para las tiendas como lo hacen on line.

The manager here look like when thinks no be on right track him got frustrated and make certain comments that do not help, when you ask or talk to him, he educated, he is a great salesman, but have to educate and train your body and your mouth to not express their frustration bodily and verbally. Must learn to take care of problems without demonstrate to customers and subordinated to it.

I went in with the new iPhone 7 plus I ordered my daughter for Christmas to turn in her iPhone 6 plus with jump on demand and the associate Literally took a deep breath and sigh... Lol I just asked for the phone back and we went to TMobile in Stratford Mall... Very poor customer service in my opinion . I would give them a half star rating if I could for location only...

Great service and knowledagable staff. I have had some issues here but not because of the staff but the systems they use. Everytime they have gone above and beyond to help resolve the issue. Surprisingly when I come in for T-Mobile Tuesday free stuff they remember me from months ago and ask how everything is in regards to my previous issues. Well done T-Mobile.

The sales associate Maria at the store is very knowledgeable. I went in asked a few questions and walked away with a new phone in hardly 5-7 minutes. She even helped me backup my old phone and transfer all the data to the new phone. Will definitely come back, even though this is not the closest to me. Thanks.

Stopped in just to pay my bill. Lucky for me, Erick spotted some international texts my son was making, and was able to help me avoid almost $100 in extra charges! Very friendly and Knowledgeable, I will definitely be going back in for any future business.

The manager here shouldnt be a manager. How do you get mad because I want to return my phone? How do u get mad because i like to purchase phones often. How do you get mad becuase i stopped the check i wrote for a phone i returned? Never coming here again.
