The single worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went in to pay a bill and had to wait for ten minutes while one employee talked on the phone to a technician about her sons phone and the other sat in front of her computer with earbuds in without even acknowledging me. There were three young boys, about 12 or 13 years old behind the counter and one of them asked me if I wanted to pay a bill. The employee with the earbuds on scolded him, telling him the other employee said "customers are going to have to wait till shes finished". I stood there another five or ten minutes before the lady got off the phone and asked me if I needed to pay a bill. She never got up from her comfy chair, kept scolding the kids, all while processing the payment I was trying to make. She then told me I could have called a payment in; I told her wed tried to call several times for over an hour and couldnt get through. Maybe if she hadnt tied up her landline doing whatever she was doing about her sons phone, we wouldnt have had to resort to driving all the way into Griffin to pay. Lousy attitudes, unfriendly demeanor, and made me feel like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. Its a good thing they still have Christmas decorations in the display cabinet. Because thats how long youll be waiting to get served as a walk in. I gave them one star because it wont let you post without selecting at least one. They need to install the option to give them a negative number of stars because Mobile Tech of Griffin does not serve the Mobile Tech reputation well at all.

Do not go to mobile tech. They mess up what you ask them to do and then turn around and talk to you like you are the one with the problem. Will never go to them again. Big girl is going to cause mobile tech to not have any business. I did a payment over the phone and asked for the new plan with page-plus which is $55 and they put me back on the $44.95 after specifically asking for the new plan and then tell me its nothing they can do about it. There is one thing that they can do about it-----PAY ATTENTION to their customers.

INSANELY SKETCHY. Very unprofessional, not the best customer service, I havent even seen a business license, and the people who worked there threatened to spank their child, who was repeatedly grabbing phones and cases from the back with no supervision. Im uncomfortable every time I come in and if I could afford to switch companies right now, I would just to avoid ever walking into this mess of a business ever again.
