Sad how this company has gone to pot. My diamond fell out of my inexpensive $150 titanium band. This has now happened twice. The first time it was replaced, I had to argue over an idiotic receipt because of the way in which the transaction had occurred. This was in West Jordan, Utah. They finally replaced the inexpensive diamond free of charge. The shoddy craftsmanship didnt hold up, and again the diamond fell out. I had moved to Colorado by then. When I contacted this store they said I had to pay for repairs, despite their workmanship guarantee because I hadnt visited the store every 6 months for ring maintenance. I contacted corporate, someone called me and left a broken up inaudible voicemail, They never called me back. My subsequent emails were ignored, and I never heard from them again. Oh well, wont shop with Fred Meyer again. Its so surprising they had to close so many of their stores. Could it be the customer service? I should also throw this out there. My wife lost her Shane Co wedding ring diamond. It was about $2000 for the stone. Shane Co, even though they also had a jewelry maintenance program I hadnt followed, replaced the diamond without argument. Consider the more reputable companies such as Shane Co if you are a customer service junky. Thanks for the time, hope I helped.

Terrible experience. I had 2 loose stones I wanted set into pendandts to weat as necklaces. I explained what I wanted, gave precise measurements, gave pictures and even left a similar necklace as an example. After several phone calls and 3 visits I took back the unfinished peices because I wasnt going to waste any more money or time. They use cheap looking and feeling materials and settings that are not appropriate or what was requested. The sales lady we dealt with on every single occasion never remembered anything that we had discussed or why we were upset about it taking so long and not even leaving with wearable pieces. Save your money, go to a real jeweler from the start.

Havent been in due to the horrible customer service the last few times went in due to an issue with my jewelry and the gentleman that help was amazing. When in calling to check on the status of my jewelry the gal on the phone that I spoke to was rude and inconsiderate. Not good customer service skills in laughing at a customer. You spend good money on jewelry and should be appreciated not laughed at. I will definitely deal with the gentleman again but no one else but management.

Terrible experience. Took my wifes custom made wedding ring in to have the main stone tightened and they returned it to me with a diamond missing. They took it back in the back and I thought they were putting my diamond back in but instead they replaced it with a smaller, imperfect diamond that clearly did not fit the setting. Im having to take it back to the designer in Texas to fix it. They also dented the setting of that stone. So disappointed. Never go here.
