I love the Bromfield ARC Thrift store, it is the cleanest, most organized and clean thrift store in Colorado and yes, I have been to just about every thrift all throughout the state and this is by far the best in fact, I drive almost 40 miles to shop here once a week. I am very sad to say that unfortunately, after my experience 3 days ago, I will have to give 1 star, not for the company but for a specific employee. The Bloomfield ARC as a company deserves 5 stars, the supervisors, the cashiers, the guys at the back door all deserve 5 stars as they are all so friendly and so willing to help with a smile. I am giving 1 star to one employee, a cashier, whos name I believe to be Maria or Mary who had me leave the store in disgust and sympathy for her poor coworkers who have to work with her and put up with her ugly attitude. I was standing in line at the main register and all the registers had long lines forming so the gal running the register I was waiting in line for had paged for Mary/Maria to come to her register after all the cahiers were looking for her and asking where she had been because she was gone for such a long time. Well, after my cashier pages her, she comes running out from the fitting room with a nasty scowl on face, glaring at everyone and yells "Whoever just paged me to my register, you are not my boss!!!" I stood there in shock, completely disgusted at the immaturity level of this grown women. My cashier steps up and tells her that it was her that paged her because they need back up and Mary/Maria responds "You dont need help, the lines arent that long." Myself, along with another few customers stayed around to talk to a supervisor. Its so unfortunate that one great company full of fantastic employees and hard working positive attitudes can be spoiled by one rotten employee who doesnt belong or deserve to be a part of the beautiful ARC family .

I really enjoy thrift shopping. Not because I always find something I want. I like the fact that no matter what I pick up, I can afford it. Yes $10 for used shoes is a bit high, but if I were to try to get them new they would be somewhere around $70. As for this store, I like that they go by style of clothing ie. sweaters, button ups, short sleeve, sleeveless, etc. Then they sort them by size. Next, color of the clothing. Its way easier to find things at Arc than it is a TJ Max, Marshalls and/or Burlington Coat Factory. It is cheaper than those places too. On top of that, every day they have different colored tags 50% off, so you end up paying $1 for something that youll wear. Do not wear these cloths in public without washing them first. They do stink, and make sure you wash only them in a load, dont try to do all your laundry.

The most overpriced thrift store in Colorado. Ive seen prices in there that make me laugh outright. Ive heard countless people in the aisles exclaim their shock as well. "8 dollars for a fricken used book?" Is a fairly common one. "90 dollars!? for this!?" is another. I dont understand the reason for all the price-gouging that goes on here. I realize that "some" of the money goes to charity (I hear 20%) but I never leave this place feeling like I got a good deal on anything, only a very minor discount, which defeats the purpose of going to a thrift store... The people are nice enough, the place is clean, but thats about all it has going for it. There are several thrift stores in the area (habitat for one) that are MUCH cheaper across the board. Avoid.

You guys are a THRIFT store.. Please stop acting like you can sell your video games and electronics for more than what they are worth at any game store or eBay.. I noticed an original Nintendo system for $79!!! and it was old and discolored barely had any cords.. a Zelda Nintendo game for $44 dollars? seriously? Plus you always put blue tags on them so nothing good is on sale. The point of going to your store is saving money. So I will be shopping on eBay for now on. Whoever is pricing your electronics needs to be fired. This is ridiculous and you guys are greedy. This stuff is DONATED!!!! STOP OVERPRICING

All I see here are people complaining about prices. I wanted to let you all know that the employees are not the ones doing the pricing. It comes from the higher ups like the CEO of the company. One ladys complaint was a price on a purse they were suppose to hold. i need to let you know that in all fairness to all of the people who shop there the Arc does not hold items. and they do not change prices on the same things every. They are friendly and helpful and are the better of the Arc. I should know I have been to almost everyone of the Arc in Colorado. The store is well organized and clean.

1. Overpriced. I saw few used golf club which I might be intersted listed for $59.99. Online used auction place, it was selling average of $26. 2. Rude customer and employee did nothing. 11/3/2016 I was in line to purchase some items, and an old lady ignored the line and went straight into the cashier behind other person who is checking in. As you know this place, you wait at the end of the white fence. Employee did nothing to do anything about it. Old lady said she did not see the line, but there were about 4-5 people waiting in line.

Iv been to most thrift stores not only hear in Colorado but when I travel I seek out the local thrift stores. I have to say this Arc store is the best iv ever seen the store is very well organised clean and the staff hear are a amazing group of poeple. No matter how busy the employees are they always help and if that person cant help they will find someone who can assist me. I highly recommend this Broomfield to all.

I have been shopping at this location at least ten years. The last few years they starting overprcing. If I can get the same item new for a few more dollars why buy it used (not gently used either). I find the employees to be friendly; I have had more trouble with nasty customers (blocking you from looking at things), one women lifted up a shirt that was way too large for me and said " this would fit you."

Not sure why but this ARC Thrift Store is VERY, VERY proud of their stuff - stuff that has been donated. They are the most expensive ARC I have ever been too and I go to a lot of them. I realize they have overhead and payroll but come on! Saw a really nice used tablecloth today for $18 really, I can get a brand new one at WalMart for less They say they follow pricing guidelines, bologna!!!

I wouldnt even give them a half a star donated tables and chairs seeking for 800 dollars used lamps for more then brand new ones they are way over priced and should be ashamed to continue to profit off donated items and when a single father raising the kids alone couldnt even afford a cup of coffee there go too the good will they dont need big profits and treat customers allot better
