Rip Off...i am a handicap person. I was negotiating lease very basic model of 2011 sonata. special lease price was $199 a month. my credit score more than 700. i said want to small drive off..about $1000. and i need to instal hand control. sales man said dealer will help $1000. total price of handcontrol install cost was $1500. so, i was expect about $290 per month. including tax. my friend got almost same deal with other dealer 5months ago. Puente Hills Hyundai credit manager gave me $380 per month without tax. Dont visit this dealer. Looks like salepersons are doing business as a 2nd job...not a professional. currently i have a 2008 benz c class lease. lease expire i need new lease car. i can get another benz lease. because i already finished nego with 2011 benz e class 2300 drive off with $620 monthly but, recent financial crisis give me worry about my financial future. thats why i try to lease hyundai. These days every one try to lower the payment. But, I thanks to Puente Hyundai...cheap car, hyundai, hyundai sales, hyundai owner..all the same..poor quality.

This place sucks...BIG TIME! They sold a new Hyundai to my son, made the deal, then called him in to sign a new contract (which he foolishly did) raising the interest rate, and then called again to negotiate yet another increase, which he wisely declined. The contract is legally signed and he is in possession of the car, yet they continue to call him, wanting him to come in to renegotiate. Theyve even called me with a harassing tone, and when I let them know they would be hearing from my lawyer, the caller insulted me. ("Youre a dick!") The funny thing is, I drive a 2010 Hyundai Genesis and have been considering upgrading to an Equus when my lease is up. Had they treated my son honestly and fairly, I would have strongly considered leasing from them. Now theyve lost two possible business sources and as many more as I can keep from doing business with them. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND POSSIBLY CRIMINAL. A word to the wise is sufficient.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. (June 9th 2011) I have been interested in buying a 2011 Elantra Limited for over 2 months now. I have contacted over 12 Hyundai Dealerships in the inland empire, LA county, and Orange County, most dealerships either didnt have what I was looking for, or were very rude on the phone, or had huge markups on the MSRP prices. I contacted Puente Hills, and luckily I dealt with the nicest most honest Sales Man (MANNY SOTO), he was a man of his word, he kept the car for me till the next day (WITHOUT A DEPOSIT), and gave me an amazing deal (totally not like other car sales people, who deceive and bleed you dry for your last penny). If you want to buy a Hyundai, I really recommend Puente Hills Hyundai and more importantly MANNY SOTO. Great guy. If I could give him a rating of 1,000,000 stars I would. George Azzu (Fontana CA)

took my 94 mazda miata on friday at 11;30 am because the engine was quitting after shifting into 2nd and would not restart. As of 4 pm the following Monday (yes they have service techs working Sat 9-4) they still cant figure out how to diagnoise the issue. Did they hook up the computer to check sensors? - NO, did they do anything at all? NO. Infact, the service mgr asked me what recent service i did for the car so he would have some basis on what to eliminate. What a BIG MISTATE I made in taking the car there. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. FIND ANOTHER PLACE THAT ACTUALLY HAS MAZDA CERTIFIED TECHS THAT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Not only did this place lose my business, they lost my husbands business for his Mazda AND no way will I EVER THINK OF BUYING MY NEXT MAZDA THERE. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

gets 2 stars because at least theres a mall still in rowland heights. the stores in this are pretty poor one-offs that sell cheap clothing. dont expect to come to this mall and get any name brand stores. none of the anchors can really stick around--theres a toys r us coming in as an anchor, but thats not exactly what i think of when thinking of a mall anchor. the macys here is one of the underperforming stores in the area. there is a movie theater, but beware, if you go any time after 12pm you will be subjected to talking teenie-boppers with cell phones, or old asian folks that run play-by-play on the movie to their non-english speaking cohorts. the original prop sign of the twin Pines mall from back to the future is displayed near the center of the mall

I just bought a 2010 Ford Ranger from here a week ago. They were in such a big rush to sell me the truck so I just went with it but did bargain a bit. They just called me today to "re-do" the contract. I didnt understand why and asked for an explanation. They basically said that they gave me too much of a discount and wanted the new contract to be $500 more than the original. I was told the original contract was not going to be honored. What a bunch of liars. Also one of their receptionists has ZERO phone etiquette. I just wanted to make sure I had the correct fax number and she said with the biggest attitude, "I dont know the fax number here. What number did they give you? Well then that must be it."

I resently went to perchase two dresses I spent over $400 on. When I turned my back they they were talking about one of my dresses. They kept on touching it & changed its corset. They put a damaged product on my dress.. I didnt recognize this by the time I had gotten home. When I called they told me that they will be able to replace it. So I go back & they completely deny my perchase. After hours of convincing them & giving them reason they just said "oh well accidents happen", but how smart dose tht sound when one accident that could happen would case the dress to completely break apart. They recommended me to pay another $25 on my $400 perchase to fix the problem! I dont recommend this place to anyone

Pros: Theres actually a lot of area to relax, The customer service at McDonalds is awesome, AMC theater is cozy and nice, The mall is close to an Applebees, Buffalo Wild Wings, and an Outback Steakhouse. Cons: This mall has no Starbucks, Hawaiian food had bones in it, AMC popcorn made my girlfriend and I sick (I had to go to the doctor), The Chinese food had h pylori, Subway soda tastes like soap, Theres a guy that walks around taking pictures of people every time Im in the food court, Everything closes early, most people leave by 5:30ish because the stores close and theres nothing to do. The mall is pretty boring. Like I said though, McDonalds customer service is great.

HM, Macys, foot locker and like any other mall they have a Victorias and Forever for the ladies and perhaps gentleman. The Mall is small, many independently owned stores which are okay. The food court was okay, with the outside restaurants surrounding the mall enhances the experience. I do like the sushi buffet Makino, thats a plus. There is an AMC here which is convenient and for the arcade fans Round1 will make the drive here worth it. The rating for the mall is a three because it has potential but its lacking a bit. Again The restaurants surrounding the area makes it convenient for the local. Parking under the sun out in the valley is no bueno.
