Been going here for years well use to go here, I almost forgot why I dont come to advance auto in brodheadville first off had me waiting on the phone for 20 mins then I just decided to goto the store and there systems are down, Amy was the person who "helped" well I needed an oil change instead of looking through the book being there systems are down she googles it gives me wrong filter I had to put the new oil with old filter and pretty much was no good they wanted to give me new filter with old oil BULSHIT

They always have the parts I need and they always provide exceptional customer service. They need more people working there though- thats why I give it 4 stars because there is always a crazy long wait time but all the corporations are pushing their employees and making customer experience not the greatest.
