I made my first purchase at Kleinhenz Jewelers over a year ago, just prior to Christmas. I loved the service and attention received during selection process and my wife absolutely loved her beautiful diamond earrings on Christmas day. Trying to find the right present for my wife has always been a very stressful and frustrating experience but Kleinhenz Jewelers made it do so easy. I did not realize that I had no idea about what women really want in modern jewelry. At the end of the day, right holiday mood was set and as you know, life is good when wife is happy. As a smart guy that learns from experience, I did not stop there, I went back and with valuable help from Shane and Gary, found a beautiful diamond pendant for my mother-in-law. She still brags about it to all her friends and we got a few romantic weekends to ourselves without kids. Trust me; I would not get the same response getting them jewelry from a discount club. Over the last year, I also bought smaller gifts for my kids and key employees. Kleinhenz Jewelers store has it all and at all price points. This store really shines in terms of the finest jewelry designer brands, quality of diamonds is superb, and selection of the latest Rolex watches is amazing. So besides some selfish reasons, why have I kept coming back to Kleinhenz Jewelers? Answer is simple, Kleinhenz team has so much class, and buying experience there is pressure free, overall customer service I am receiving there is always fantastic. Piece of advice, visit them during the week, not on a busy Saturday and spend time learning about various designer brands, jewelry styles, and customization options. The knowledge and education level of the sales people at Kleinhenz jewelers is so refreshing, something you will never find in a chain jewelry store, at the mall, or even at my favorite Costco. So no wonder that Kleinhenz Jewelers has been around forever. I even referred a few friends to them, and their experience was the same as mine, brilliant! I am always too busy to write reviews and share great experiences but this one was on my bucket list for long while. They truly deserve it. So, if you are looking for the “RIGHT” present for people you love or care about, Kleinhenz Jewelers should be on top of your list. They will not disappoint and they 100% earned my business.

I purchased an engagement ring from Kleinhenz Jewelers this past September and could not have been happier with the experience. I worked directly with Shane Harmon and he took exceptional care of us in helping select the perfect ring. My now fiance was not sure of what she wanted in terms of shape etc. and all in all we made roughly 4 or 5 visits to Kleinhenz before we felt we had found the ring that was meant to be. Shanes willingness to make sure we were comfortable and happy was what ultimately got our business. In my own personal opinion, in any sales function, you can easily tell when a salesperson or rep wants you to purchase something already and move on, but with Shane and Kleinhenz I honestly never got that impression. Neither one of us felt rushed. Neither one of us felt pressured to make a decision in the 4 plus times we stopped in to continue looking. This made the experience a truly memorable one, and at the end of the day, its an engagement, and you want to have it be memorable. In the end, its why we chose to purchase from Kleinhenz Jewelers.

I went in there to ask a question about my watchs battery because it had died. They took a look at my watch and for no charge fixed my watch and gave me a new battery. While I was in there I was able to indulge in some delicious coffee with a hit of jack Daniels. While drinking my jack and coffee and my watch was being fixed for free I was able to check out some of their products. All beautiful, elegant, high quality items, for a man affordable price. This has to be my favorite business establishment j have ever been to. I can only imagine what level of service I would receive if I actually spent any money.

Gary and the crew are fantastic. I now have two great shopping experiences at Kleinhenz Jewelers. They are fair, honest, and do quality work. This is exactly what I look for in a Jeweler. The Frederic Duclos earrings I bought for my wife for Christmas are amazing. They were reasonably priced and so sparkly and beautiful. She gets compliments every time she wears them. Also, Kleinhenz most recently restored my mother in laws wedding ring. After wearing for 40 years, this ring needed some real TLC. The ring looks fantastic and like new! Kleinhenz is my "go to" Jeweler!

Stopped in to have the battery for one of my watches replaced and ended up spending some time speaking with Shane. Upon my request, he showed me some of the watches they have in their wide collection - the man knows his stuff! A very welcoming atmosphere (not always the case in jewelry stores) and a wide selection of fine jewelry and watches. Family owned. I have nothing but praise for Kleinhenz! Will be back when I need some bling.

Went it to look for a Rolex, after spending 20 minutes in the store and not finding what I want I was shown a very hard to find Rolex Daytona. I decided to purchase the watch and I was told that all of a sudden someone else had money down and that I was no longer allowed to purchase the watch. Never tried to make it right or offer me anything. I will never shop at this store. What a joke of a Rolex dealer.

The staff is amazing! Ive bought numerous items here from Annette and she and the rest of the team are great! Excellent selection of high quality pieces. I worked closely with Shane, but all the staff were helpful and courteous. I purchased an engagement ring that Shane and I customized with input from my fiancé and she couldnt have been happier! Loves it! They just offered knowledge at every turn and were not pushy. This was in April/May 2016.
