Last night I had a major issue with something being very mismarked and the cashier ripped off the price tag without even letting me know then walked away. Came back and was very rude so I walked out, loaded my car then came back in to tell her I was going to purchase the item for the price it was marked. She called a "manager" up then walked out of the store. Both cashiers on duty were outside smoking and left me and a few other customers in the store alone. Come to find out the "manager" she called up was not a manager in any way. Lie number 1. He says that the manager Chris will be in the next morning at 7:30am. I call at 8:30am and come to find out hes on vacation and wont be back until next week. Lie number 2. Im furious. The manager I spoke with wasnt even willing to give me a discount for her employees screw up, just a gift card which I am picking up later. I dont reccoment going here at all. There should always be a manager on duty, there wasnt, there should always be someone in the store, there wasnt, and it was their screw up but yet they cant own up to it. I am very disappointed and will never be going back here after today.

Worst experience ever at this stop and sho yesterday and honestly I am going to try my best and never go back even though the location is very convenient for me. Yesterday, for some reason my stop and shop scanner wasnt working properly. It was only giving the regular prices instead of sale prices which is a huge problem for me because I have a specific amount I can spend like most people. To make matters worse it seemed like I was the only one with this problem and no one knew how to fix it. The employees just kept sending me to someone else to try and fix it while I was with my four yr old and came up with excuses that did not make sense. They worked very slowly and were rude. No one apologized or offered me a voucher for the inconvenience. I even spoke with the manager who was nice , but again tried to solve the problem by handing me off to someone else . I wouldnt have written this if anyone checked up on me later or resolved the problem, but this didnt happen. I WOULD TRAVEL TO THE FLEMINGTON LOCATION IF I WERE YOU!

Dirty, nasty, and smells bad. Water leaks on the floor by the refrigerated cases going on two years now. Thats okay..dont fix the leak, just put towels in the floor. Check the mold that grows over the produce.

Typical stop and shop. No seafood counter. Limited prepackaged selection of fish. I like the ability to scan as you shop. They should have a dedicated line for that though...

They are getting better at the supermarket food options. The main staff is typically nice and convenient with a pnc bank inside
