Came in here seeking help. As a customer I would assume they would know about helmets. I am a round oval and they continuously pointed me towards an intermediate oval that costs more everytime I come for an exchange. Not only is Rubin clueless, he is also incompetent when I asked for a return. Jeremy the "Gear Expert" knows just as much as I do. I would not recommend this Cycle Gear. They just try to sell you the higher priced items instead of one that actually fits and will protect you.

Worse shipping processing time ever. over 8 days now and tracking number does not show item left their warehouse. They created a shipping label 5 days after the order to calm me down, but have yet to ship the item. This is ridiculous. Never buying with this company again. Go with Revzilla instead. Much better service.

Good stock of all types of gear. One of the store associates tried his best to push higher priced products and simply did not inform us about the lower priced items. One should look on their own to decide what they want to buy. The senior associate ? manager was a really cool guy. Overall good store!

Dont really like these guys. Has the same glove selection for 6 months. All the common sizes not there. IDK wont be back. Also guy with big beard a little pushy.
