I had an great experience just today. I called the store to see if they had a shoe in stock. Got an phone answer right away, easily told the person what I was looking for and she found it and held it for me. She nicely informed me that they closed at 7:00PM and I had about 30 minutes before close. I quickly rushed over there finding a very nice woman named Pang (I believe). She got the shoe that was held for me and nicely greeted me and took care of me. What was most amazing was how approachable she was. She spoke slow and clearly and gave A+ customer service. I asked her if they price matched, sadly they do not. BUT she gave me a even better deal. She even took the time to tell me that there was a coupon on their website going on right now that takes 20% off the total. She was nice enough to give me that chance and sign up for their reward program. She was amazing. Huge shoutout to her. I did not know where to write my review so I ended up here. I would love to fill out a survey if there was one. Thanks again!

Went in for there buy 1 get 1 half off. I didnt know what the hell i was doing one of the ladys there helped me out found 2 good fiting pair of shoes with her help

Just an average selection of shoes. The store is pretty small and the staff was polite but not super helpful.
