They were able to answer all the questions I had in a friendly manor, and when I had left the files for my book on Google Docs, they let me use a computer to access them. Very friendly, and the family atmosphere definitely helped add to the great service they provided! The pricing was straightforward and simple, I got to print off my 30 page document for $3, and they cut it to the paper size I had specified.

Very unprofessional. Family owned, which causes many problems. They dont treat people properly. This is an expensive place for the quality you get.
