My boyfriend ordered flowers through teleflora to be delivered on Valentines Day. They made no attempt to deliver and I received no call on Valentines Day. They called the next morning and said I wasnt home, so didnt deliver them. I called back and asked if I could pick them up in person. I have never had to interact with such a rude and incompetent human. The woman on the phone (who is apparently the manager) barked at me that they had called me and said that I cannot pick them up. I had no missed call on my phone. She actually screamed, "this is a business - you expect us to wait until youre available?!" She commented that she had no idea what was going on and that she didnt know which order was which, and then hung up on me. Save your time, your money, and your sanity. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will be contacting teleflora as well to let them know that Joyful flowers is the most lazy and incompetent member of their network.

Business not recommended at all with this company. I put my order in with Teleflora and this company was supposed to have my girlfriends order delivered on Valentines Day. Instead it arrived a day late, even though it was marked delivered on Valentines Day, when the facts were that it was not. I should have been notified that the order was going to be behind schedule and I was not notified at all. I will not do this again.

Just received Valentines Day flowers and sent the picture to my fiance. He is beyond upset with the floral arrangement I received. He stated it looked nothing like the picture and was supposed to have roses in it. Apparently, they put carnations...I would never order flowers through this company. It was a nice gesture from my fiance but he is so disappointed and said it was a waste of money.
