It was hurtful, I paid for the warranty on a apple tablet and I return it after 2weeks cause I couldnt use the app store(witch they knew). I returned it and give me a slip saying i could go to any value pawn shop and get something new with my credit. I went to the one on edgewood and i pick another tablet and handed the guy my slip with my credit on it, he told me my slip number has been used already, so i drove back to value pawn on main street and told them what the other store said, the manager made it seem like i was lieing , so she lied several times to me while she was on the phone but I had an answer for everything, when she so call hang up the phone and give me my money back with an attitude. ( they also said at the other value pawn on edgewood said that they dont money back) THEY ARE SCAM ARTISE!!!!!! They left a bad taste in my mouth with buying anything from a pawn shop, im just gonna order my tablet from amazon.

I couldnt enjoy anything about my visit, the manager hisself has such a groggy voice and hes trying to be smooth. When I figured this fool was trying to hussle me I decided to leave and he was still talking. Oh and dont let me leave this part out. The employee that was attending the gentleman next to me felt she needed to inform everyone that he was a drug addict that cant keep up with it and is always pawning his stuff. But yet the first sign I see says." We will make you smile. I would just like to say the entire staff there you are all a bunch of idiots and Im sure your right where you de serve to be!

This is not thefirst time ive been disapointed.use to go there all the time when i lived closer always have ggood d deals but theyneed to check what they buy thourally before reselling to us.especially electronics or subwoofers and power tools.amplifiers work half way some subs are blown and drill combo doesnt charge the batt pack.this used to be my fav spot and the one off atlantic but now its not even worth the time to drive waste gas and then bring back a faulty item for just only store credit.what makes them think i want credit when i dont ever wanna go back

BUYER BEWARE. They advertised an item on cragislist, I called first thing when they opened and they said they would hold it for me, I get there a few hours later and they sold it. The woman LIED to me on the phone and showed no remorse or concern even though I drove 45 minutes out of my way to get there. POS store, even by pawn shop standards. BUYER BEWARE.
