Its just like the library, but they make you pay for the books. Best part of the store is the smell of coffee, wafting thru the aisles. Sparsely filled with septuagenarians and the occasional octogenarian, be careful in the parking lot as there is a high probability of getting hit and dragged by a bad driver/poor parker. Generously sized parking spaces are filled with oversized Buicks, lazily drifting over thick yellow lines, indicating the willingness of the greatest generation to share their own high gloss door paint with your car. Books a plenty though. Its literally like a library. An expensive library. With coffee. You may be tempted to just go to the library, but dang son.....any coffee there?? Dont think so. And libraries make you return the books once they are read. Barnes and Noble lets you BUY the books and keep them. Put them on your shelves at home so people think youre smart. They wont know that you never got past the first 20 pages. Prestige!! You gotta pay for that, son! And the coffee. You make the call. Library, free....give the book back. No coffee. OR, the glamour of a shelf full of books that you pay top dollar for? Yep, I hear you loud and clear, rolling up in your Buick Regal. Now just let me get out of your way.

I love this store. The staff are knowledgeable, nice and helpful. I do wish they had the comfortable chairs again. I dont really want to read there but find it difficult to stand more than 30 minutes and my knees could use the relief. The coffee bar is often too busy. I dont want to take a seat where a coffee customer might want to be. The same goes for the magazine area. But they would also need to have a sign that the chairs are not for sleeping. I always thought it was rude to take up a chair to nap or read the whole book. It is not a library. I also like the reappearance of music.

This place is not up to ADA standards with their front door. The front doors are hard to get into in and are not automatic plus the bathroom door is the same way. When I mentioned it the the manager about being ADA compliant, she said that all their stores are like that and there isnt anything that could be done about it. So disappointing

I have been going for over a decade to this location, and for what they lacked in my younger years for mangas and graphic novels, I appreciate their growth and availability of so many other choice products and books. This is much much more than a book store. This is place of true sanctuary for those seeking a reprieve.

I was just in this store yesterday and found the staff to be helpful; maybe not the warm and fuzzy type, but helpful in a business-like way. The exception was the lady who rang up my purchase. She was incredibly warm and friendly - smiled and wished me a Merry Christmas. Nice job B&N! : )

I really enjoy coming here and enjoying the quiet atmosphere and the huge selection of books! In addition to the books they have a nice selection of collectibles that I browse when i come in. The Starbucks inside is awesome as well I highly recommend this location!

The crowd of visiting school kids was a bit loud, making it hard to concentrate... But they were fairly well behaved. Having that much of an kids art show in a bookstore was unexpected, but nice that they are doing that sort of thing.

It is family friendly book store. Inside the store there is areas dedicated for kids of all ages, including toys and games area too. Large selection of books for all ages. Sammsung Nook tablets. Coffee shop with free wifi.

I like this Barnes & Noble store, they have a good selection, they also helped me out wen my Nook went wrong. I do an on-line college course and often go here, grab a coffee and work, it’s a nice place always clean.
