Thieves! I lost my cross pendant in the store while there on a business trip. I was told it was found, then given the run around. I have never had a phone call returned by anyone in that store. I contacted corporate and all they did was send me an apology letter. Apparently, they didnt investigate on my behalf. I will never shop at any Payless again. Totally disgusted and disappointed in their behavior, at every level.
