I recently bought a futon here for my sons room. We were going to purchase the $50 futon but Christine talked us into one for $175. We put it together the next morning. It was extremely uncomfortable and the material had numerous defects. I called Christine and told her how uncomfortable it is and would like to return it. She said I could only return it if it was defective. I then told her the material WAS defective but that wasnt the issue. The store has a sign behind the register clearly stating that CLOTHES and SHOES are not returnable. I was told that if it was defective I could return it but was never told that I couldnt return it otherwise. I would have never purchased it under those conditions. Christine became extremely nasty, said she wouldnt take it back then hung up on me. I have been a loyal customer since the week they opened but I will NEVER go back and will let everyone I know not to do business with them. Very poor customer service and VERY unprofessional!
