I came in to have 7 sheets of paper printed in black and white from email. my sheets were printed and I was told it would be $5.00 because they had to print from email. there is no sign anywhere that says there is a $5 surcharge for printing from email. I gave him his prints back and got my money back. I was told that small town businesses have to make their money wherever they can... this would have cost me 70cents anywhere else.
