I live in PA and ordered flowers for a a delivery in CT. The first time my order was very good quality flowers and service. Just ordered for a second time and I am not happy. The picture online was a "sunshine" bouquet of bright yellow roses and a bright yellow pitcher (I added a balloon). The actual order was mostly white roses w/a white pitcher and no balloon. I understand their substitution policy but if I had been notified that there were no yellow roses nor yellow pitcher I would have changed my order. Not sure why balloon was not included. I have called owner (Heather) 2 times and no return phone call. Unless the outcome is satisfactory I will NOT use this florist in the future.

I needed something to honor the life of a fallen brother, It had to be very big as he was larger than life. I was told there are no flowers of the color I was asking for. Heather told me there was a way and she would take care of it. I needed this done for the following morning and not only was the arrangement completed it was amazingly perfect! So if you are in need of flowers set in any arrangement Wildflowers of Tolland will not let you down. Thanks for the unbelievable hard work you did for me!

Ive used Wildflowers of Tolland to send flowers to my sister and her family for birthdays and holidays the last 4 years. The staff is courteous and always delivers on time. On one occasion, with heavy snow falling, they called me to ask if they could deliver an order a day early to make sure it got there. They called my sister ahead to make sure she was home and hand-delivered the centerpiece in the snow storm. Thats the kind of service you cant get from an online florist.

Admittedly I called Wildflowers too late on my sisters birthday to have flowers delivered that same day - but they did it. I dont know how - because the truck was out making deliveries at the time of my call, but they delivered them within an hour of my call. And what they delivered was a spectacularly gorgeous bouquet of spring flowers that exceeded my expectations and was a great value for the price. (Thanks Heather!) I highly recommend this business.

I recently had a death in my family and because I live 3,000 miles away and was unable to be at the funeral I wanted an arrangement that was personal. Without hesitation, Heather immediately offered to secure the items and work them into what I heard from many, was a magnificant and beautiful arrangement. Thank you!

I use them exclusively in the area. They always out perform when other floral arrangements are next to their arrangement. Tip: ask for butterflies and bees....This is what I noticed and started using them as my go-to florist...I always request them.
