I ordered flowers to be delivered locally and they charged me $10 for delivery. I dont think you should have to pay $10 to deliver flowers locally. The flowers were supposed to be delivered the next morning. I called 2 days later when I didnt hear from the recipient and they couldnt find record of my order. When I confirmed that my credit card was charged, they found the order and said it was written up incorrectly. I cancelled the order and asked for a credit. Im hoping the credit comes through correctly and in a timely manner.
