This Joanns is the WORST in customer service!!! Both times I went I had horrible customer service! First time I went I asked about a fabric and the rude woman at the cutting counter didnt even acknowledge me , and was on the phone on speaker ! I politely asked " are you busy ? " (because Ive been in retail and Im polite to others ) she said no and when I asked her about the fabric and she talked to me with attitude and seemed like she had no interest in helping. Oh and good luck trying to find employees to help you because theyre no where in sight you literally have to hunt for them. Second time I went I had a coupon. Also they do NOT MAKE YOU FEEL WELCOMED!! They dont say hi or ask if you need help !! I asked the woman at the cutting counter ( a different one) if the patten I picked out was regular priced and if I could use my coupon , she said YES to both. I get up to the register NO ONE IN SIGHT so I have to go down 5 isles to get an employee. I told her I had a coupon and she scanned the item and said ok . I then gave her the coupon and she says oh you cant use it on patterns and I said oh ok, the lady at the cutting counter said I could but thats alright . And I asked how much it would be and she said $9 I then said oh Im sorry but thats a little too much Im not going to take this thank you though. And she then INSULTED ME saying: "too expensive ??? Its only $9 " I was disgusted you dont say that to a customer !!! Anyways Im never coming back again ! Horrible customer service!!

I agree with the other reviews regarding the rude staff. There is only one lady here at the Enfield store that is helpful. The rest look like they have been sucking on lemons all day. Lighten up. You have a job you should be happy. The store is always a mess too and dont get me going about getting material cut! Oh and put more people on so your person at the register doesnt have to keep running back and forth when people want to check out. Seriously, walmart doesnt have a huge material section in their stores but they have some of the same materials you have at half the price...and there is always someone there so you dont have to wait to get it cut!

Waited at cutting area to get a price on a precut piece of foam. After 4 minutes went searching for help. Staff not visable. Not the first time but staff not visible

Scrappin is Happin today

Although its not as big as the Jo-Anns in Manchester it is conveint for a quick fix for glues, papers and other scrapbooking supplies.
