I was looking online for a certain product and office depot had them for a good price and their website said they had them in-stock at this location. I go down there and wait 20 minutes for them to try and locate them without success. Then I wait another 15 minutes for them to call the store in La Verne to see if they had them. Horrible service, very unorganized, definitely wont be returning.

10/18/16 11am. Store is absolutely dead. Went to purchase a laptop. Waited for 15 and not one said hello or can I help... 1st rule of customer service, greet your customers and be tentative.

Very small location with not every item available in stock. There needs to be a bigger Office Depot store in this area with Baldwin Park now closed.

There arent too many office supply stores around. This one is small, but they have printing, computers, office supplies, and some furniture.
