I was a daily customer until today when I went to return or exchange a butane torch I bought no less than 24hrs before. After three times of use it started leaking butane. I returned to the store and explained to him that the torch is leaking and I would like to return to get another one, and than was told there are no refunds or exchanges. He than claimed that I dropped it when in fact I didnt. I simply unscrewed the plastic cover to determine where the leak was coming from. Being that I was a daily customer and was basically called a liar I told him he could keep it and walked out the store. I will not be doing any business there and let my friends know also. If he replaces it or gives me credit towards another one I may think about doing further business. Also about a year and a half ago he sold me a vape that I was told was a really good one a Jumo something or other for $65 and told was a good deal. I got home and did a little research and found out the go for $20 online. If you like your money getting taking advantage of than this store should get 5 stars. But if your like me and dont than dont do business here.
