I saw the dreary experiences some folks have had but we checked out a SOLIDWOODPLATFORM bed that they advertised on CL. The two folks we dealt with were competent and friendly. THE PRODUCT . . is . . VERY FINE. As described, it is a solid wood kit from Indonesia and beautifully crafted. My wife and I carted the three boxes home and that evening with some trepidation unpacked the parts. All the parts were there as described and it almost entirely fit together like LINCOLN LOGS - I mean the pieces dropped in together decisively and firmly and the three barrel bolts, unlike some other stuff (I kee ya not!) weve seen over the years, fit exactly without problem. My wife and I are not all that handy but this bed went together into a fine solid piece in less than an hour, no grief, no sweat and beautiful! Thank you PassionDecor and thankyou BIGTIME whoever designed and built the kit in Indonesia.

Never buy anything from here. I paid for a bed that is suppose to be firm, but when it arrived it was not firm at all. He would not take back the mattress and did nothing. The manufacturer said i had to go through him to get everything sorted out. but nothing happened and I was stick with the bed. never buy from here.

They sell very cheap furniture. Of course, poor quality and the worst customer service follows. They seem very nice and friendly until you buy their furniture. Afterwards, they dont care about customer service. No exchange, no refund even the furniture has factory defect.

Price are good, quality is rubbish. Chair broke within four months with normal usage.
